This isn\u2019t a normal 9 to 5, we operate 24\/7, 365 days a year and the training is about getting the new recruits into that mindset,\u201d explains<b> Campbell.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"eop\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'TUIType',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline; -webkit-user-drag: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; user-select: text; overflow-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap; font-kerning: none; margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'TUIType',sans-serif;\">The new cabin crew have been recruited to work across each of TUI\u2019s 23 regional bases. Before taking to the skies, new graduate attended their Wings ceremony the ultimate celebration of everything they have achieved over their 6 weeks of training.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"eop\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'TUIType',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"vertical-align: baseline; -webkit-user-drag: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; user-select: text; overflow-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap; font-kerning: none; margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'TUIType',sans-serif;\">\u201cTheir commitment to working and studying hard to be the best cabin crew they can is inspiring and fuels the entire team\u2019s motivation. The new entrants inject a wonderful dose of positive energy into our regional bases, and their excitement is contagious.
