The continued lack of transparency about the methodology and data behind these changes make it incredibly difficult for customers to book far in advance with confidence. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #212121;\">\u201cAll customers due to travel before the end of October are able to amend their holiday to another time for free, this includes those due to travel within the next 14 days to the Balearics.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #212121;\">\u201cCustomers due to fly to Cuba\u00a0<span style=\"color: currentcolor; text-decoration-color: #0078d4 !important;\">on Thursday 15 July<\/span>\u00a0will be contacted directly by a member of the TUI team to discuss their options as flights in the coming weeks to Cuba will now be cancelled.
