Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We’ll always do our best to meet all dietary requirements, whether you’re vegetarian or vegan, need gluten-free fare, have an allergy or are lactose intolerant. If you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please email the hotel before you travel so we can confirm whether this can be catered for. You should also make the hotel aware on arrival.
What’s the dress code in the restaurants?
To help us maintain the stylish ambience you would expect from TUI BLUE, we request that you avoid wearing swimwear, pool flip-flops, sliders and sports vests. Smart shorts are fine.
How do I book a table at a speciality restaurant?
Tables at our speciality restaurants can be booked via the BLUE® App. Simply select your hotel and then navigate to: Hotel Info > General Info > BLUE® Taste – Food & Drink. From here you can view the variety of dining options available, then simply select the restaurant you like and click on the ‘Reserve Table’ button to secure your preferred time and date. Please note, you need to be logged into the BLUE® App to confirm your reservation.
What ages do the Kids’ Clubs cater for?
At our TUI BLUE hotels with a Kids’ Club, we offer up to two, two-hour sessions a day, six days per week for kids aged 3-12 with a variety of themed activities. For our TUI BLUE hotels with the Family Fun highlight, we ramp up the offering further and split out the sessions by age groups, 3-6 and 7-12, providing magical adventures, games, excitement and creativity. Nearly all our Kids’ Clubs are free, with parties* available at a small charge. All of our Kids’ Club team are trained to TUI standards and have undergone relevant checks.
How do I book Kids’ Clubs?
You can book sessions via the BLUE® App. Simply select your hotel and then navigate to: Programme > TUI Kids' Club and select the session you would like to book.
Are there options for teens?
At our TUI BLUE hotels with a Family Fun highlight we’ve created The Hangout - an area exclusively for teenagers aged 12-15 where they can meet new friends and have a place to chill. Our Hangout Hosts arrange a variety of daily activities and a few nights a week they provide fun or chilled evening events. The full programme can be found on the BLUE® App under ‘Daily Programme’. Bespoke teen activities are also available in some of our TUI BLUE hotels without the Family Fun highlight, in the Teens Lounge during high season only.
What is the Swim School and who’s it for?
At our TUI BLUE hotels with the Family Fun highlight, we offer a range of payable and non-payable swimming courses tailored to your child’s skill level with sessions available for all ages, including an exclusive session designed to encourage water confidence for both parent and toddlers under 4 years of age. These are available during high season.
What facilities are available for babies?
Baby Lounges
Available at our TUI BLUE hotels with the Family Fun highlight, these air-conditioned lounges are open daily, providing a peaceful area to sit, relax and meet other parents. It comes with facilities like microwaves, changing tables and bottle warmers, which means there’s no need to traipse back to your room for feeds or nappy changes. Additional baby equipment, including baby cots, strollers and sterilisers can be pre-booked for an extra charge.
BabyClubs*
Available at our TUI BLUE hotels with the Family Fun highlight and open six days a week for up to two, two-hour sessions a day, as well as some evenings. Fully trained TUI staff are on hand to look after your little ones, aged from 0 to 36 months, and there are toys from leading companies for them to play with.
Parent & Baby
A free 45-minute session for parents and children under 3 years old. Our Childcare staff will provide unique sessions in the baby pool and indoor play sessions. These sessions are available at TUI BLUE hotels with the Family Fun highlight and those with a Kids’ Club.
What’s the entertainment like at TUI BLUE hotels?
There’s always something going on every day, but with TUI BLUE you’re free to set your own tempo. Opt for total relaxation or take part in one of the variety of activities, sports or classes available. When the sun goes down, our teams are ready with professional shows and entertainment for all ages.
How can I select my room*?
At selected TUI BLUE hotels it’s now possible to choose your ideal room location. Whether you want to be located on a certain floor or close to specific amenities, for a small additional charge you can secure the room that best suits you and your preferences. Select Your Room can be booked via the BLUE® App or at www.tui-blue.com/select-your-room.
Why do I need the BLUE App?
In the majority of TUI BLUE hotels, the BLUE® App gives you access to information you won’t find anywhere else, from opening hours of facilities, restaurant menus and the daily programme. Via the BLUE® App you can book a variety of options from restaurant reservations, activity spots to childcare. You can also ask any questions you might have before you arrive. The BLUE® App is free to download and doesn’t need a booking to access.
From what age can I stay at a TUI BLUE hotel with the Adults Only tag?
Our TUI BLUE hotels with the Adults Only tag are exclusively for guests aged 16 or over. And, it’s 18 or over at the TUI BLUE El Dorado Seaside Suites in Mexico.
