By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Promoter\u2019s Details:<\/strong> TUI is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the \u201cPromoter\u201d), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Eligibility: <\/strong>This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. How to Enter:<\/strong> Internet access is required to enter. To enter the competition, you will need to tag at least one other Facebook user in the comments and \u201creact\u201d to the Facebook competition post on the official TUI River Cruises Facebook account (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TUIRiverCruises\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TUIRiverCruises<\/a>). \u201cReactions\u201d include \u201cliking\u201d and all other reactions available such as, but not limited to \u201cloving\u201d and \u201claughing\u201d. Entries must be completed between 17:00pm 15<sup>th<\/sup> January 2024 and 12:00 noon on 22<sup>nd<\/sup> January 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Liking\u2019 the official TUI River Cruises Facebook post or page does not count as an entry. Both tagging another Facebook user and using a \u201creaction\u201d must be completed to enter. Completing only one of these actions will not count as an entry. Only one entry is allowed per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Use of Data:<\/strong> All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter\u2019s Privacy Notice available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tui.co.uk\/destinations\/info\/privacy-policy\">https:\/\/www.tui.co.uk\/destinations\/info\/privacy-policy<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Dates:<\/strong> The competition commences on 15<sup>th<\/sup> January 2024 17:00pm GMT. The closing date for entries is 22<sup>nd<\/sup> January 2024 at 12:00 GMT (noon). All entries must be received by 12:00 GMT (noon) on 22<sup>nd<\/sup> January 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> <strong>Receipt of Entries:<\/strong> Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and\/or any lost entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Prize:<\/strong> There is one (1) prize of a \u00a3100 TUI Gift Card to be won. The card must be treated as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. Booking terms and conditions apply to any holiday purchased in part or full using the TUI Gift Card. It is the winner\u2019s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. Booking terms and conditions apply to the holiday; see relevant brochure or www.tui.co\/uk for details. Prize is not transferable, and no alternatives will be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Selection &amp; Notification:<\/strong> The winner will be chosen at random by a computer generator from all eligible entries. This will then be used to select one name at random, resulting in one winner. Results will be announced by 17:00pm GMT on 25<sup>th<\/sup> January 2024 and the winner\/winning account will be contacted by way of direct message from the official TUI River Cruises Facebook account. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner from eligible entries received. Upon accepting the prize, the winner will be required to provide their name and address details so that the gift card can be posted to them.<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Winner\u2019s details:<\/strong> Details of the winner\u2019s name and country of residence will be obtainable after the 25<sup>th<\/sup>January 2024 by writing to TUI River Cruises, Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winners must inform the Promoter if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. General:<\/strong> The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter\u2019s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
