    One of the best hotels location!! Feel the vibe of NYC, right in he heart of the city, across Bryan Park. Definitely a unique location, walking distance to time square, Broadway, Chrysler building, Empire State and NYC public library. Andaz has a great bar that makes feel the NYC atmosphere.

    We often travel to NY for business and stay at The Mandarin Oriental or the Peninsula New York. Because of the marathon both those hotels were sold out. We opted to remain in the area and stay here - and we were pleasantly surprised! I checked in around 6:30 AM (coming off a red eye). There was some complications regarding the booking but Michael, the overnight receptionist was FANTASTIC. He was more than helpful, resourceful, welcoming, and efficient - offering solutions and being more than accommodating. He is fantastic - a true hospitality professional - excellent service, Michael! Isaac the doorman was also fantastic, helping me get around and always offering a smile upon my departure or welcome back. Fantastic job, gentleman.
    Great room and room service - poor housekeeping and service

    Staying in the most basic king suite in the north tower and pleasantly surprised by the generous room proportions - clean design - free snack and non alcoholic minibar - incredibly large bath room with large walk in shower especially by New York standards. Very limited room service but both dinner and breakfast were very tasty. Also the advantage of not having a view is that the rooms overlooking the inner courtyard are incredibly quiet. Downside - incredibly bad housekeeping. Returned to the room to find no replacement of toiletries - room has not been hoovered - sticky spill on bedside table still there - and when I tried to call the concierge or housekeeping or operator put on endless hold then call dropped. Won’t be staying here again.

    This is our third stay at the Andaz 5th Avenue in 2019. We choose to stay here for the consistent quality, great service and excellent location. With so many options to choose from in NYC, we stick with the best once we find it.
    Amazing Hotel

    NYC Rooms are small and uncomfortable. The room I stayed in here was spacious and larger than many of my friends apartments. It was elegantly designed and was nicely done. I enjoyed the room more than most times I have been to NYC.
