This was our 3rd family summer vacation to Orlando and this place is the best place we have stayed so far! The resort itself is huge and the grounds are kept very clean! Everything about this place is great to sparkling clean townhomes to the checkin process. The check in was smooth and Ryan at the front desk was super helpful and very professional, he was extremely helpful the whole time we were there!!! He even drove us to our unit which was very nice and super clean! Our unit was awesome, we had everything you could ask for with full kitchen and washer and dryer and a nice patio. I liked this resort because it was walking distance to a lot of stuff as we didn’t rent a car. Walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and a Walmart to get groceries for our kitchen. Pool area of resort was great with a big pool, lazy river and 2 water slides and a bar with great happy hour. Even without the happy hour drinks are a decent price, like 5 bucks for a draft beer which pretty cheap for resort hotels. Lots of stuff to do around the pool area with some activities inside like a pool table which we took advantage of! Everyone one of the staff members were super nice and friendly. My 12 year old son absolutely loved this place and wants to come here next year and I do to. We took Uber to magic kingdom and to universal and both were about 15 mins away and cost about 12 dollars which is way cheaper than renting a car and then paying for parking! I would highly recommend this resort and I will be staying only here while back in the Orlando area!!!

Visiting for the 6th time in a row. 2 years ago there was a change in management. Before that it was ok. Since the change IT has been only better! Great and friendly welcome, this time by Ryan, who was super friendly. Email contact works out fine as well. Our requests have always been approved. Close to alle attractions, but also to airport and the Beach. Townhouses are fully equipped. Activities for childs and adults. Small fitness room. Hope to come another many years!

An excellent choice for a few days near the theme parks! Great value, excellent accommodation and the kids just loved the lazy river. Really is a one-stop-shop for a family fun vacation with Ryan in Reception a true star, thanks Ryan, a great vacation. We'll be back!
