    I wanted to give the Palm wings beach resort and spa about 2 or 3 stars, but to be honest, the food served at the 'A la carte restaurant' (located upstairs, which is not part of the free food served downstairs) was amazing and the level of service that Hikmet the chef provided honestly changed a disastrous holiday into a bearable and enjoyable one. This is why I have added the extra stars. Hikmet is a brilliant chef and his food is top quality! He made amazing 3-course meals that you would find in top restaurants in London and it's very affordable and it was so fresh. If it wasn't for the a la carte restaurants and Hikmets food, I would have been starving! The actual resort itself (minus Hikemt), I found the free food at the resort to be diabolical at best (the quality of food provided was so cheap and it was obvious, especially when you went into the city to find food outside of the resort), this put a downer on the experience as food is a big part of being on holiday. The gym is terribly small, with barely any equipment or space to workout. The spa could be improved, the massage therapists are very good and the sauna is nice (I found the facials and other services in the spa are below par). Hardly any of the staff speak English which is a major inconvenience, saying this, however, the beach is very nice and is kept clean daily, there are lots for children to do and the sun improves everything. Definitely make sure you go out into the city of Kusadasi and go to the shops and try the food. Also, do make sure you try out the A la carte restaurant because it tops the holiday!

    My family and I have reunited at Palm Wings beach resort about 3 weeks ago. the hotel was nice and the staffs were friendly. The food was just okay. the pool and beach were so nice and pleasant. there was a Grand piano in the lobby and we enjoyed playing it. also, the animation team were nice and friendly, especially Sina was so much fun. we use the photography service and we got many family professional photos. I recommend Gerrard and his lovely friend for their professional photography.

    For the third time we spent in Palm Wings hotel all inclusive. Short distance from Kusadasi at Davutlar, with dolmus in front of hotel 20 minutes. Super service,very clean, friendly people, the food is delicious,big pool and at the sea. We where end of season, so really still.Specially Gerrard Dürük the photographer is good professional!

    Airport transfer took 2 hours. October weather is perfect. The beach was very nice - very pleasant and not crowded. I travelled on my own and met up with my sisters. The food was just ok - nothing special. I was disappointed with the management staff in the dining room. We we went in for dinner one evening and got our table. We put our drinks on the table and left our cardigans on the back of the chairs and went to get our food. When we returned with our food to our table, the table had been pushed together with other tables and a group of Turkish people were sitting at our table. The people who were sitting at "our table" were grinning and laughing. We complained to staff - but it was the staff who did it. They hadn't taken our belongings away from the table or asked us to move or offered to take us to a new table. Very poor!!.. A lot of the staff were grumpy. They were closing up in another week or so. Rooms were often left without being cleaned or clean towels being changed. There is really very little outside the hotel. Beware of one driver telling you the bus finishes at 12.00am - the last bus is 11.00. It cost 100tl for a taxi -€15. My sisters room door was kicked in on their last night by thugs running around.There is very little security at night and no cameras in the corridors. Apart from the dining room experience and some grumpy staff, 1 dodgy bus driver, we had a nice time overall. Not sure if I would return though. A bit too far away from the Kusadasi.
    Fabulous Family Holiday

    Just returned from a 2 week holiday at Palm Wings and couldn’t be happier. The whole resort is spotlessly clean and the staff work continuously to maintain the high standards. The room was lovely and plenty of room for our family of 4 and the cleaners did a great job everyday. The food was great and always fresh, the kids loved the snack bar during the day and the main restaurant had a huge variety at every meal to satisfy everyone, you’d have to be super picky to find nothing you liked (my husband is and he loved the food). Mehmet from the restaurant always looked after us well and was very polite as were all the staff, nothing was too much. The kids loved the ice cream! The pool and beach were both lovely, plenty of sun beds and again spotlessly clean always both of them. The entertainment team were all fantastic especially Esgi and the evening shows were great especially the fire and African dancers. The drink selection was not the best I’ve experienced in Turkey but it by no way ruined our holiday. Thank you to all the staff for a great holiday and we will definitely visit again!!
