We’re aware that the Government has introduced mandatory COVID testing for all travellers over the age of 11 arriving into England from 4am on Monday 18th January 2021. Customers will be required to take a PCR test within 72 hours of departure and provide evidence of a negative result before they travel. It will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange their own test, however our TUI team in destination or your hotel reception will be able to advise you of where to take your test.
If your test results are positive, you will not be allowed to board your flight, and will need to follow the local relevant guidance on self-isolation.
Failure to get a test will either mean that you are not allowed to board your flight, or you may be fined up to £500 on arrival into the UK.
More information on pre-departure testing can be found on the Government’s website.
