Rockin’ Burger Block Party
If you’re a burger fan, you’ll love sampling all the speciality sliders at this party. There’s a new celebrity chef in the spotlight every week and a pumping soundtrack to keep you entertained.
Remy's Ratatouille Hide and Squeak
This one is for the kids. The food-themed scavenger hunt is hosted by Chef Remy from Ratatouille. You’ll be sent on the hunt for ingredients all around World Showcase to win one of six limited-edition collectable pins.
You’ll be welcomed with a Mimosa before tucking into a spread of authentic Parisian pastries including freshly-made brioche, croissants and baguettes made from scratch in just 48 hours.
Party for the senses
In true Disney style, this event combines entertainment with cuisine. You can try delicacies from 50 gourmet tasting stations while being entertained with music, dance and magic.
Eat to the Beat concert
This is a free concert at World Showcase, you just need to make sure you get there early for good seats. Previous events have seen retro artists Boyz II Men and Hanson take to the stage, so you might be in for a nostalgic 90’s treat.
1. Make your way around World Showcase starting from the right. Most people go left and start at the Mexican pavilion since the pocket passport is ordered this way. Do the opposite – especially if you’re one of the first few to arrive.
2. Sample things you’ve never tried before. It’s a great way to experience new things.
3. Buy the Food & Wine Festival gift card – it’s a 2-in-1 souvenir and handy method of budgeting.
4. Go Monday-Thursday to beat the influx of local visitors at the weekend.
5. If you’re only visiting for one day, consider picking one or two showcases and trying lots of courses to get the full experience.
6. Do your research. There’s so much to see and taste, you don’t want to miss out.
7. Got the Disney Dining Plan? Check what snack credits you’re able to use.
8. Spot the mini version of the Food & Wine Festival in Germany’s train display.
9. Stay at an Epcot Resort Hotel and you’ll be able nip in and out of the festival as you please and make the most of your time there. Disney's Beach Club Resort, Walt Disney World Swan Resort and Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort are all within an easy strolling distance from Epcot’s entrance.
Disney's Beach Club Resort boasts a waterpark-style pool and seaside theming, so you can go from beach to food festival in minutes.
The luxurious Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort is the perfect place to unwind after a gourmet feast, with a big grotto pool, health club and spa onsite.
Walt Disney World Swan Resort boasts four huge pools, a white-sand beach, two health clubs and a whopping 17 eateries where you can carry on your culinary journey.
