Meals come courtesy of the Michelin-starred Café Boulud, while drinks are served at Bar Pleiades and up in the rooftop garden. Plus, room service is available 24/7. If you’re staying in, you can relax at the spa or head to the gym for a workout.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
You can borrow bikes from the hotel and explore the city on wheels. Central Park is less than a block away and has plenty of cycle paths.
FOOD & DRINK
At breakfast time, the chefs at Café Boulud whip up a selection of egg dishes and fresh pastries, as well as classic American plates like buttermilk pancakes and steel cut oatmeal. And if you fancy dining in the comfort of your room, you can order room service from the restaurant menu 24/7.
Café Boulud is the brainchild of a three-Michelin-star chef, Daniel Boulud. The café itself has earned a Michelin star and it specialises in French fare. At lunch and dinnertimes, you’ll be able to choose from four menus – one with a French focus, one that uses seasonal ingredients, a vegetarian offering and an Asian-inspired collection.

HEALTH & BEAUTY
The fitness centre here is a bit like Noah’s ark – when it comes to cardio machines, there’s two of everything. It’s open 24/7 and you can grab a chilled bottle of water to stay hydrated. You’ll also find some weight training equipment.
Treat yourself to some pampering at the Cornelia Spa. All of the treatments* here can be tailor-made to your personal needs. Massages and skin therapies are on offer, as well as salon services.
Treat yourself to a massage or manicure at the hotel's own spa. A number of treatments are available and many of them are offered in the comfort of your own room.
Bar Pleiades is the little sister of Café Boulud. This Art Deco lounge bar is decked out in a monochromatic colour scheme, and prize-winning artwork by Richard Serra and William Kentridge hangs on the walls. Unusual cocktails are on the menu and there’s live jazz on Friday nights.
The 17th-floor rooftop garden is armed with a clutch of comfy seats and surrounded by topiary trees and lavender bushes. It opens its doors from 4pm to 11pm, so it’s the ideal spot for sunset cocktails. Sip on signature mixes like mango sorbet margaritas, overlooking Central Park.
