    This place is right in the middle of Manhattan – it’s 10 minutes’ walk from both Central Park and Fifth Avenue. And it's close to Broadway if you fancy taking in a show.

    The hotel blends the old with the new. Take the lobby – it’s all marble floors and Neoclassical-style columns. Meanwhile, there are hi-tech touches, like a cyber-concierge with insider tips and TVs in the elevators.

    I have had the pleasure of staying at the Parker New York many times - from its days as Parker Meridien to last year. It is perfectly located. The staff is amazing-from the front desk to Sales and Service.. I have had occasion to be in touch with the Director of Sales for some special services. Ms Barr is truly unique in hospitality in the United States. We received the dedicated service one is accustomed to receive in European hotels. The communication department (telephone personnel) are so friendly - one can feel their smile over the phone. The public areas are lovely and the roof top area is spectacular. I look back on my stays at the Parker New York with joy. Can't wait to visit New York City again and a return to my favorite hotel - Parker New York,
    Great location, big room but facilities average

    Rooms are big compared to normal New York hotels, also recently renovated in 2016 so it feels very new and modern. However our toilet was clogged so we had to switch room and they moved us to a room at lower floor with a smaller size which wasn’t that impressive. The gym is not directly located in the same building you kind of have to go to the ground floor and go to the basement and it’s extremely dark in there with no windows. We end up didn’t use the gym at all as it just doesn’t feel convenient also it closes at 8 something so it’s hard to hit the gym after work. Overall great room because it’s new and big and great location but facilities not impressive.

    Love this hotel and people who work there are so nice and professional. We had initally booked the Empire Hotel in NYC but after the check-in we realized how it was a complete nightmare. We decided to head for the Parker since we had already stayed there 3 years ago and remembered how great the hotel was. We went there and were received by Sasha Solis who is so understanding and so reassuring. We were given a lot of attention and the facilities are really nice. My 8 year old son was thrilled. We decided since then taht the Parker hotel will always be the hotel we stay in when in NYC. Thank you Sasha and greetings from Paris :) #summer2018 Best

    This location can’t be beat! Centrally located and close to the subway, Central Park, Times Square. Everything and anything you’d need. The service was above and beyond! We had a small concern and it was addressed and taken care of in record time. We couldn’t believe the service and care the employees and staff have here. Definitely recommend staying here and look forward to our next stay.

    This is a great family hotel, very well priced, super rooms and perfect location. Having lived in NYC for ten years and now live close by in a burb, I am very picky about where we stay in NYC but this met all of our wishes. The pool on roof is awesome for kids, it is super warm and you can even order cocktails (or bring your own) and food. The pool is very crowded and they need more chairs and they need a few tables and chair sets for eating. The gym is great, everything you could need. We did a family suit/jr. suite and it was priced so well and it was the perfect size. The rooms was lovely and had great bath room. The beds were not comfortable, nor the pillows. The hotel is centrally located to the park, shows and lots of places to eat. There is a market right outside the hotel for snacks and bkfst and a Starbucks. The room service is pricey, I thought a bit more than other places we've stayed. We would go back in a second and would do the same suite!!!
