    The Grand Hyatt New York couldn’t get closer to Grand Central Terminal if it tried – you don’t even have to go outside to find the subway, as the hotel’s directly connected to the station.

    This hotel rubs shoulders with the Chrysler Building, on Lexington Avenue, so many of Manhattan’s main sights are easy to reach. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Empire State Building or Times Square, and you can get to the southern point of Central Park in less than half an hour.

    You can grab a meal anytime here. The main restaurant opens early for breakfast, there’s a food court on hand around the clock, and the lounge deals with cocktails and small plates every day of the week until late.

    There are often extra hotel fees in New York that you’ll be asked to pay on check-in or check-out.     Great location ,the hotel has been updated but there are issues with the rooms ,beds and service .It's below the usual Grand Hyatt standards and the issues they have needs to be addressed. House keeping was poor , Check in and check out took too long .For me the beds were softer than I am used to and/or expected

    It’s a really nice place well located, little bad thing is the guy for the luggage was unkind and in a bad mood the hotel looks incredible the room is a little bit small We had a credit at the store we didn’t expect that

    Very pleasant Hotel. Perfect location. In wallking distance to everything. Great views. Recommend to all on vacation or travelling through NYC. Ideally located and central to shops resturants , stores

    Staff tries hard, but not much they can do. Grand Hyatt NYC is far below other Grand Hyatts where I have stayed (SD, SF). I guess they are tearing it down, it needs to be. Seems like they are getting what they can out of the place before the wrecking ball comes down at the end of next year. Resort fee seems like a scam as well, since they give you a credit at the "market" and bar. So many better choices in NYC, no reason to choose this one...

    Grand Hyatt wasa worth the stay. The lobby and bar area were nice. The convenience store needs another employee to run the register while the other employee makes food or whatever tho. The elevator was fast. The rooms were great but the AC was not so great. 65 degrees and it still felt like i was in the South. The location was great, walking distance from alot of food spots and pop ups. also walking distance from Time Square
