    This hotel provides all the basics needed for a New York base, and then some. Plus, it’s just around the corner from the city’s most famous square.

    Staying at this place puts you at the heart of the Midtown action. It’s right on Broadway, so Times Square is just across the block. Plus, world-famous theatres, popular shopping street Fifth Avenue, and Central Park are within a 15-minute walk.

    The Crowne Plaza Times Square stands 46 storeys above Broadway and Times Square. The rooms are all on the 15th floor or higher, so they come with views of the city centre, or the Hudson River and the skyline beyond.

      This place is open daily for breakfast and lunch, and it specialises in American cuisine. There are also a few Asian dishes to choose from, including some Chinese options in the breakfast buffet. Perhaps the best thing about this place, though, is the views of Times Square and Broadway.

      This is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, looking out over Times Square. There's a huge choice of cocktails on the menu, as well as several different wines. You can also dine here for lunch and dinner. The menu consists of mostly American cuisine.

    • New York Sports Club

      The gym here is the largest in Times Square. It's got loads of machines and equipment for weight and cardio training, and there's a number of classes available, including yoga and pilates. There's even a swimming pool here, too.

    Stayed here with my sister and mum for a five night break in September 2019. Hotel is in a prime location overlooking Times Square. Modern style, brilliant sized rooms and sparkling clean. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

    When booking a hotel in New York the main thing my family look for is location.....this hotel has it, across from Times Square in the centre of everything it’s the perfect position for exploring the city, 4th time staying and heading back in December, clean good size rooms, fantastic amenities and amazing views, been to other hotels in NYC previously but wouldn’t even consider looking at others after we found Crowne Plaza!! Customer for life
    Comfortable room, terrible service

    In addition to the room rate advertised online, there's a mandatory $40 per day fee for access to wifi, gym and two drink tickets. This is terribly overpriced and kinda shady. But typical for Time Square NYC. The room is clean and comfortable, and would have been happy had the hotel staff not have been a nightmare throughout the week long stay. The cleaning staff took all of our stuff out of the room and put it in lost and found thinking we abandoned the room. When I came back to discovery my items, wallet, bathroom supplies were gone, it was a shock. Went to hotel front desk and they said that if there's not a lot of stuff in the room they think it's abandoned. They assured me they would notify the cleaning staff to not do it again. They did it again. Needless to say it was very frustrating.

    While staying here my husband took ill and Sandra helped me to extend our stay and organised a kettle and bottled water to be brought up to our room.Catania, who serviced our room was very sympathetic and cleaned our room immediately so my husband could get into bed as soon as possible
    1ST VISIT TO NYC

    Came here with my wife and two sons, 21 and 14 and we had a great time. Hotel was a big part of why we loved New York. The service from checking in (Rhodda) the bar staff, the house keeping and the breakfast people was outstanding. Also the guys downstairs who looked after our luggage on our last day and sorted out a cab for us to the airport. We had a lovely room on the 38th floor with plenty of room for 4 of us with lovely comfy beds with a view of the city and the Hudson River. Best of all is the location! Unbeatable for anyone visiting NYC for the first time. Will definitely return in the future.
