    We went to this resort for a wedding, everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and very clean, the food was excellent in the restaurants we visited. Customer service was excellent, very nice to be cheerfully greeted by every staff member that crosses your path. We were at chikee by Pizzeto every day and had our server, Lulu, she was very pleasant and always cheerful and efficient. The wedding was beautiful every detail was taken care of. Music was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, hoping to go back again soon.

    I stayed here for Solfest Cancun Oct 30-Nov 3, 2019. The concerts & music was absolutely wonderful. The music sounded better than any concerts I attended with the same artist in the States. It was clear, up close & personal. The resort staff were very nice. However the food was less than par. Most of the meals were the same. The meat was dry & lacked seasoning. If you go I suggest try to make reservations at the speciality restaurants & avoid buffets including the one in the Italian restaurant. The best meal was at their Brazilian Steak House. I also heard their French restaurant is excellent however I did not have the opportunity to try. Another suggest is to make reservations for excursions the day you arrive & directly with hotel

    We thoroughly enjoyed the romantic dinner last evening. Antonio and Jaime, our servers were excellent... Attentive, friendly, professional. The food was superior. The location beautiful and the champagne every good selection for the evening. In addition they had musicians entertaining us. What a great evening.. Thank you Antonio and Jaime.
    Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is an excellent choice.

    The Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is fabulous. Whether you are in Hacienda or Heaven section, you will find this resort absolutely outstanding. Walk and observe the wildlife, snorkel, swim, paddle board, kayak, workout in the gym, be pampered in the spas, or just enjoy the fresh, excellently prepared and presented food by world-class chefs. I understand there is golf also. This hotel-resort has all the amenities I could ever dream of and then some. If you want to be treated like a king or queen book a stay at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. You will appreciate yourself and your excellent selection when you do.

    Outstanding, all inclusive resort!! The space is expansive with several pools; waterfall pools; swim up bars: beach inlets; shops; excellent restaurant choices etc. The Rock Spa Couples Restorative Treatments were fabulous!! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the young ladies names but they were professional and well versed in the two and a half hour treatments!!! It was worth every penny and minute of your time! 😉
