With TUI you can now book your whole holiday or just the bits that suit you – just the flight, your accommodation, your car hire and much more.

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Depending on which combination of products you choose to book, your terms and conditions will vary.

The following details the different types of products available and the applicable terms and conditions:

TUI package holiday

This product offers you combinations of TUI hotels and TUI Airways flights at an inclusive price. This product enjoys the protection of the Package Travel, Package Travel and Linked Arrangements Regulations 2018, as well as other benefits, such as hand picked accommodation, local assistance, etc.

TUI Airways flights

When you make a flight only booking, you can choose from a selection of TUI Airways flights from more than 20 UK airports to over 70 destinations worldwide. As you’re booking a single component, the Package Travel and the Package Travel and Linked Arrangements Regulations 2018 do not apply.

River Cruise | Satisfaction Promise

This offer only applies to the Cruise part of your holiday – that is: the transfers to and from the ship, your time onboard, and our shore experiences. This offer does not apply if your issue relates to Events Beyond Our Control. Examples of events beyond our control are but not limited to: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity or its consequences, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, health risks, unavoidable and unforeseen technical problems with transport, closed or congested airports or ports, weather, high or low water, the imposition of sanctions or other Governmental action and any other similar events. To take advantage of this offer, if things go wrong during your holiday you must tell a member of our onboard team as soon as possible so that they can try to solve the issue for you there and then. If you are still not satisfied, you must raise a complaint with our onboard Cruise Director so that they can investigate further and do everything possible to provide you with the holiday you expect. If the Cruise Director cannot solve your issue, please contact our specialist River Cruise team within 7 days of coming home, and they will help with your Holiday Satisfaction Promise compensation. If you do not accept the resolution offered, then your rights under TUI’s standard complaints procedure remain. Please see or the relevant brochure for full booking terms and conditions that apply.
