The Diwa Club by Alila is part of the Alila Diwa Goa hotel, and lines up a smart outdoor pool with a bar beside it. There's a bistro just for Diwa Club guests, plus the use of three restaurants and a cocktail place that sorts evening drinks. The hotel-run kids' club and mini-cinema cater for children, and grown-ups can join morning yoga classes. Massages and beauty therapies are on offer in the spa, and there's a gym where you can work out.

Elsewhere within the wider Alila Diwa Goa hotel, the Spice Studio* serves small plates of stuffed squid, coconut-fried beef and mutton cutlets. There's also the Vivo restaurant , which specialises in big buffets, with Oriental, Indian and European cuisine in the spread.
This bistro offers an all-day breakfast as well as à la carte menus at breakfast, lunch* and dinner*. There's a variety of dishes on offer here, most feature Mediterranean influences.

Head to the gym for a session on the weights or the treadmill. Floor-to-ceiling windows mean you've got garden views while you exercise, too.
There are 10 treatment rooms, you can pick from a range of pamper treatments, from body wraps to body scrubs. Nail treatments are also on offer.

Local-inspired concoctions make an impression here, as well. The creations include a coriander, tabasco and vodka number, a masala martini, and a twist on the classic tequila sunrise, which includes green chilli seeds and black salt.

You've got access to an extra infinity pool in addition to the super-secluded fin-shaped pool that's used by the whole hotel. The surrounding lawns and patios are furnished with black-and-yellow loungers, and there's a bar beside the water.

This place takes sustainability seriously. Locally sourced, eco-friendly materials were used to build much of the hotel, and the design was tailored to keep forest trees and paddy fields undisturbed. It also runs community projects to support local schools, provides employment and training opportunities for residents, and sponsors sports equipment for a local youth club.
