Choice is key at this hotel. When it comes to dining, you’ve got a buffet place, a poolside grill and two à la cartes, as well as a patisserie. And drinks are poured out at three different bars. Then there’s a large indoor and outdoor pool, and a programme of activities, like aqua zorbing. And that’s before mentioning the variety of treatments on offer at the state-of-the-art spa, and the casino.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
Time flies at this place. You can get involved with everything from archery and volleyball, to zorbing and zip lining. There are also daily yoga classes on offer, or you can go sailing in the bay.
Kids get given the star treatment. They can take part in activities at Club Hyatt. Pottery, arts and crafts, swimming lessons and treasure hunts are all on the cards. And all guests are welcome to borrow bikes, if you fancy heading out to explore.
FOOD & DRINK
As well as a buffet restaurant that plates up a variety of local and international dishes, this property serves up four additional eateries. Cuisines include the likes of Australian, Middle Eastern and Indian. There’s even a patisserie, called Confeitaria, which serves a daily high tea.
A buffet breakfast is laid out at The Dining Room, with lots of hot dishes cooked to order. Expect eggs and bacon alongside local delicacies like dosas, which are a kind of Indian-style pancake. Go back to the buffet at lunchtime, or sample home-style Indian food at the Chulha à la carte.

The Dining Room is open daily for breakfast lunch and dinner and serves up a tasty range of cuisines. Expect Asian, Indian, Italian and Middle Eastern dishes being prepared in live kitchens.

Chulha is an award winning Indian restaurant that specialises in authentic Indian dishes including a selection of tandoor- grilled meats, seafood and vegetables, cooked live.

The Verandah serves modern Australian cuisine and has won several awards. With a menu designed by the executive chef expect fresh, local and international ingredients.
If you fancy a snack, light lunch or something a little more sweet, Confeitaria is the place. It features a selection of coffees, cakes, sandwiches, snacks and freshly baked goods.

This bar and lounge serves gourmet tea and coffee, including wines and canapes.
- Pool Bar and Grill*
A variety of drinks and cocktails are on offer here including a menu for lunch and dinner, where signature Asian dishes are served up fresh.
HEALTH & BEAUTY
Shamana means balance and it’s the name of the spa here. You’ll find both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a sauna, steam and salt rooms. There are also hot tubs and plunge pools. The treatment list features things like chocolate fondue wraps, turmeric body scrubs and Ayurveda therapies.
The gym is kitted out with cardio machines and weight training equipment, and there are lots of classes to take part in. The timetable includes hatha and power yoga, fitness bootcamps and even martial arts.

There are three bars where you can chill out with a cocktail come sundown. And if you head to the Chulha restaurant after dark, you can learn how to make Indian-inspired cocktails, and drink them, too.
There’s entertainment a few nights a week, with a live band taking to the stage on Fridays. You’ll also find Casino Strike tucked into the hotel’s grounds.
Take a dip in the huge split-level pool. It’s hemmed in by a spacious sun terrace that’s dotted with loungers and daybeds. And if you’re looking for an extra peaceful spot, hop in to one of the hammocks that are strung between the trees.
This hotel is home to the largest indoor lap pool in Goa – the lanes stretch out a full 25 metres. If you prefer swimming in the sea, take the path past the poolside bar and grill to Bambolim Bay. There are loungers on the beach, too.
