1) When will you tell me if my holiday is cancelled?

If your booking can't take place due to COVID-19, we'll be in touch as far in advance as possible - and no later than seven days before your departure - to discuss your options with you, if you have a package holiday booking. Flight-only and accommodation-only customers will receive an automatic refund within 14 days of receiving their cancellation email. Each and every one of our customers is of utmost importance to us.
