10) What does it mean if a country is on the red list?

We're not travelling to any red-list destinations. If the destination you're due to travel to is on the red list, we'll cancel your holiday and give you the option to change your booking fee-free to another destination or date or request a full refund.

You can change your booking fee-free up to 28 days before your travel date, for holidays departing on or before 30 April 2022. If your destination changes to the red list within 28 days of you being due to travel, you will be able to change your booking fee-free or request a full refund.
