4) The country I'm due to travel to isn't on the red list, but you've still cancelled my holiday - why is this?

We're assessing what the holiday experience will be like for you once you're on holiday. If we know about something that will have a major impact on your holiday experience - like if a destination is asking you to quarantine on arrival, even if the UK government is not asking you to do this on your return - we won't take you there and will offer you the chance to change your holiday to a different date or destination or request a full refund. If you have a flight-only or accommodation-only booking, you'll receive an automatic refund with 14 days of receiving your cancellation email. Sometimes, we have to cancel holidays for operational reasons, such as low demand. If this is the case, you'll also be offered the chance to change your holiday or request a full refund.
