myTUI account

I booked my holiday in a shop; can I use the myTUI customer account?

Your local TUI Store will be on hand to help with any support you need however, if you booked your holiday through a TUI Store, you can use your myTUI customer account to view all of your bookings and travel documents, as well as available extras. All bookings made since February 2024 will automatically have a myTUI customer account created when you make a booking unless you already had an account that we added your booking to or you booked via a third-party agent. This is so you can easily access and manage your booking. Your myTUI account needs to be verified through an activation link that will come through to your email account used to make the booking in store. This email will come from email@customerservices.tui.co.uk and the link will expire after 7 days. Once you click the link, you will be prompted to set a password before you can log in and see your booking. If this has expired or you cannot find the email (check your spam folder), please follow the steps for forgotten password here where you will set a password and be able to log in to your account.  

Please note, this is only available for bookings made in TUI stores. For any TUI holidays booked via third party agents, it is not possible to append a booking to your myTUI customer account.

You can make payments towards your holiday online using Manage My Booking which can be found in the Bookings section of your myTUI customer account on the website, or in the 'Trips' section of the TUI app.
