9) I'm getting an error message when I'm entering my booking details to complete an online form, why is this?
Please double check that you're entering the correct details and you're entering the surname of the lead passenger on the booking.
You won't be able to submit an online form if you booked any of the below:
- A Crystal Ski holiday
- A cruise holiday other than Marella Cruises or TUI River Cruises
- A holiday with another travel agent or website, but flying on a TUI flight
- An excursion-only booking with TUI
If you booked a First Choice holiday, you'll need to complete the Online form on the First Choice website
If you still can't submit an online form, you can visit the TUI store you booked your holiday in or contact Us
