13) I have completed the Delayed Flight online form - what happens now?
Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an auto acknowledgement from our flight delay specialists. In order to review and process the claims as quickly as possible, no further updates will be given until our final response is sent. In this response, you will be informed if your claim has been successful and the total payment amount. If the claim is unsuccessful, we will provide an explanation to you. You'll receive a response within 56 days.
