11) I booked my holiday before the pandemic started and I feel unsure about my booking - what can I do?

We appreciate you might be feeling unsure about travelling. Package holidays, accommodation-only bookings and flight-only bookings that are due to depart on or before 30 April 2022 are subject to our flexible changes policy. This means that up until 28 days before you're due to travel, you have the option to move your holiday to another date or destination. You can also make changes to holidays that aren't covered by this, subject to our standard booking terms and conditions.

Rest assured that we're doing everything we can to help you prepare for your getaway, to keep you safe while you're away and to provide you with all the information you need to put you at ease. While you're away on a package holiday with us, you can chat to a rep - contact-free - 24/7 via the TUI app, which is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. If you're on a flight-only or accommodation-only booking, while you're away you can get in touch by using our online form, by calling +4433 33 365 147 (calls from abroad will be charged an international rates) or by texting 80247 (messages are charged at your standard network rate).

For extra peace of mind, it-s good to know that all our package holidays are ATOL-protected and all of our Marella Cruises and TUI River Cruises which are cabin-only or sail from a UK port are protected under the ABTA bonding scheme - so you can pay your balance with confidence. If we need to cancel your holiday due to COVID-19, you'll receive a refund within 14 days from the date that your cancellation is confirmed.
