7) How do I manage my booking if I'm flying with a third-party airline?

If your flights aren't with TUI or one of our chartered airlines*, then you'll see a few little differences to your booking. Instead of using Manage My Booking for everything, you'll need to visit the individual airline's website to do the following:

- Add Advance Passenger Information (API) and travel documents
- Change your luggage allowance
- Select Your Seats
- Check in online
- Print your boarding pass

You'll find the name of the airline you're travelling with, the airline's booking reference and their website on your Manage My Booking page, just below the flight details. Once you head to the other airline's website, remember to use their separate booking reference - not your TUI booking reference - to log in.

Some airlines only let you select your seat once you've paid in full, your flights have been ticketed and you've checked in, so it's best to do this as early as possible. If you need any extra help please contact us

Any changes or upgrades you make will appear on the airline's website, but won't appear in Manage My Booking. The airline's website is also the place to check which aircraft you're flying on and whether you get an inflight meal.

*Our chartered airlines are Air Europa, Albastar, ASL Airlines France, ASL Airlines Ireland, Evelop Airlines, Germania, Norwegian, Travel Service and Volotea.
