2) Can my river cruise cater for my dietary needs?
If you've got any dietary requirements, mention it when you book by contacting our Customer Welfare Team on 0800 975 4477. Then, once you're on board, just let the Cruise Manager know.
We also provide vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and diabetic-friendly options on request. If you need to bring your own food for medical reasons, please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have the correct facilities in place to store and prepare this.
There may be some requests we aren't able to accommodate, so it's important you let us know when you book your cruise.
If you have more specific dietary needs, or need particular food brands or varieties, we'd recommend you bring them with you. For restrictions on foods you can't take into certain destinations, please take a look at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website.
