4) Can I take oxygen on my flight?
For safety reasons, you can't bring your own oxygen either in the hold or in the cabin on TUI flights. However, you can book our onboard oxygen. Alternatively, you can bring an oxygen concentrator.
The onboard oxygen may not be suitable for children or passengers with certain medical conditions. When you contact us we'll provide you with a letter that tells you about the type of oxygen suppliers and how they're operated. Your GP will need to sign and confirm if this is acceptable for your medical condition.
Please call us on 020 3451 2585 before you travel to book oxygen onboard your flight. Calls from UK landlines cost the standard rate, but calls from mobiles may be higher. Check with your network provider.
It's best to contact us before you book your holiday to check oxygen will be available, because the service is limited. Once you've booked oxygen, you'll need to ask your GP to complete the below letter.
If you're travelling with another airline, it might not be possible to arrange oxygen for the flight, or there may be a charge. Give us a call on 020 3451 2585 before you book so we can check for you. If you're not sure who you're flying with, take a look at "Which airline am I flying with?"
If you've already booked your holiday, you'll still need to call us so we can check if this can be added to your booking.
