For safety reasons, you can't bring your own oxygen either in the hold or in the cabin on TUI flights. However, you can bring a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC).
Please call us on 0203 451 2688 before you travel to ensure that your POC is approved to be brought on a TUI flight. Calls from UK landlines cost the standard rate, but calls from mobiles may be higher. Check with your network provider. You'll also need a fit to fly letter from your doctor in order to fly with your POC.
Other airlines
If you're travelling with another airline, it might not be possible to arrange oxygen for the flight, or there may be a charge. Give us a call on 0203 451 2688 before you book so we can check for you. If you're not sure who you're flying with, take a look at "Which airline am I flying with?"
If you've already booked your holiday, you'll still need to call us so we can check if this can be added to your booking.
