Flying with other airlines

I'm flying with BA CityFlyer, how do I manage my booking?

BA CityFlyer flights operate with their own cabin crew but provide an equivalent service to our own. Online check-in is not available, but you can check in at the British Airways desk at the airport. You can provide your Advance Passenger Information at this point, too.

Your luggage allowance will be shown on your booking confirmation email.

To manage seat selection or additional luggage requirements, please go to www.bacityflyercharter.com where you can pre book online. You’ll need to have your TUI booking reference to hand. If you are 30 days or more before departure, you will see a pop-up notification when you provide your TUI booking reference. You can still manage your booking by dismissing this box and manually providing your flight dates and flight number and selecting TUI as your tour operator. You will then be asked for your passenger name details, after these are added you can then access the webshop to add seats/extra bags/sports equipment.

Standard seat pitch on BA CityFlyer is 29 inches.

Please note, if you are travelling with a wheelchair or mobility aid, BA Cityflyer aircrafts are smaller, and they can accommodate the following maximum dimensions for wheelchairs and mobility aids: (dimensions for upright position)

· Length - 74cm (29.6in)

· Width - 94cm (37.6in)

· Height - 73cm (29.2in)
