This place has 3 big pools and a choice of à la carte restaurants. Plus, there’s a white-sand beach just outside.
The hotel is on a private beach. And it comes with three big pools – one has waterslides, another is a quieter, adults-only number. For meals, there’s a choice of four à la carte restaurants.
It’s less than 10 minutes’ walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. And since there’s a bus stop just outside the hotel, you can be at Altinkum’s bars and restaurants in about 10 minutes.

Nice but no thanks
Arrived home today after a weeks holiday here. The resort itself is lovely spotlessly clean , the staff are brilliant, gardens are well kept ,but there are 2 things that let it down ... the food is never hot , the choices are boring and the 81 steps down to the beach well not so much going down it was trying to go back up them that causes the problem. The resort really is not suitable for older people ,people with disabilities etc. I would definitely not go back there plus the swimming pool was icy never warm at all.More
A wonderful place. Very good hotel. Friendly welcome, fast and professional accommodation. The rooms are tidy and cozy. They are cleaned daily and loaded with towels, toiletries and water. The large, well-kept park is a great place for walks and relaxation amidst a lot of greenery and beautiful flowers. There are two outdoor pools, one of them relax and one indoor pool. Clean and upkeep. There are three water slides and plenty of lounges for use in the main pool. Next to the pool there is a bar offering hot and cold drinks, cocktails and alcohol. There is also a hot and cold buffet snack bar. On the beach there is a bar with hot and cold drinks and snacks. The beach itself is clean and well maintained. There is also a platform with enough space for all guests. The water at sea was extremely clean and pleasant. The main restaurant's food is abundant, well-prepared and varied. It is also thought of for people who are on a diet. Every evening, the amphitheater has some fun for both children and the uplifting ones. The complex also has a children's mini club, a games and entertainment club, souvenir shops, jewelery, a photo studio and a doctor. A great opportunity to enjoy a Turkish bath and Thai massage. The service staff is extremely polite and friendly. Thanks for the wonderful break that was provided to us by the entire staff of Palm Wings Beach Resort Didim!More

Brilliant Hotel for a relaxing break
I visited with a friend at the end of September for a fortnights getaway. After reading some recent reviews I was a little apprehensive. On arrival it looked lovely. And it lived up to initial expectations. We were greeted with ice cold drinks after just over an hours transfer from Bodrum airport and were soon on our way to our rooms with assistance from the bellboys with our luggage. The rooms were lovely. Spacious enough. With a kettle to make a cup of tea and a fridge for water. The only slight downside being that the shower wasn't particularly big. But that was minor. We travelled with TUI (Thomson) so we had a welcome meeting the first morning and we can't praise Bethan (the rep) enough. She was full of advice, top tips and money saving tips! The hotel was better than expected given the fact that we paid so little for two weeks all inclusive. Food was always warm and plentiful although it got repetitive by the end of a fortnights stay. We always found plenty to eat even travelling with a fussy eater. The alacarte restaurants left a little to be desired. The chinese was incredibly salty. The italian was okay. Just decent Italian Food. Nothing really stood out. Bar wise, the bar staff were lovely. The drinks plentiful. There wasn't a cocktail list which was disappointing. However if you wanted one, the bar staff soon made you one. Entertainment wise, if you wanted it, it was there. The animation team were great. Always bouncy and full of life. The morning gym as they called it was just a lovely morning stretch / yoga. Then there were darts and volleyball and aqua aerobics etc to keep you entertained. The evenings were hit and miss. But we always had a laugh. Location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Beach front down a few steps. 15 minutes walk into the nearest town centre with plenty of shops and bars for everyone! Just be sure to barter. We took Lira and found everywhere happily took the currency. We did a boat trip, a turkish bath and the market morning on a Saturday. We would recommend them all and found booking with the rep was the same price to booking elsewhere. Overall, we had a blast. It was a brilliant two weeks and I would go back again in a heartbeat. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Other than the few minor points (lack of cocktail list, slightly dirty floors in places, repetitive food, hit & miss evening shows) we really enjoyed ourselves on a break away from the day to day of the UK. Thank you everyone especially the TUI Rep Bethan and the barman at the pool bar who became known as Dave but I'm sure his name was Raff. More
