This little hotel looks out onto the beach, and the restaurant is first in line to take in the view.
This hotel looks out over the bay, with just a few steps leading down to the sand. Authentic restaurants are right on hand, too, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to Side’s centre.
As the Med is practically your bed-fellow, there’s no need for a pool – though the rooftop terrace has a plunge pool if you want it. Food-wise, there’s a beachfront restaurant and a café-bar for snacks.

Great little hotel with fantastic views and 5 mins walk to the Harbour.
Arrived after midnight the place was hard to find however once we found it we were greeted by the lovely night staff Firat who was wonderful carried my suitcase to the second floor was so lovely and always had a smile on his face every time I saw him, he was very polite, helpful and friendly. I love this hotel it has character and love the decoration in goes well with the historic town is Side Antik. The rooms are basic but very clean and the sea view is beautiful. Please note there is no fridge in the rooms however there is a fridge in the corridor which can be used to store your food in. And there is a convenient store next to the hotel where you can buy your water, drinks from which is very handy to have. Please note no lift in this hotel for those who suffer from leg problems. When I was there the weather was very hot in August, but Penny the owner was so lovely and offered to put in a portable air condition which made it pleasant to sleep at night. The balconies are huge and if you left the balcony door open you can hear the waves at night which is so soothing. The breakfast is basic but ok, and you can dine there so I had my lunches and dinner most of the time at the hotel as I loved the scenery especially at night is so beautiful and the food is very good and yummy. The staff were very attentive thanks to all the staff there Firat, Ramazan, Hussein, Saleh, Enes and the cleaner who always had a smile on her face and off course to Penny the owner who was always there to assist with all the enquiries and everything else. Really enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again. I loved Side Antik town it is like a little village everything is close by love how everything is opened till after midnight which is fantastic as day time too hot to shop. Can't wait to visit again.More

Wonderful all round
Have just returned from a 2 week break in Side and stayed here again. Such a friendly and relaxed little hotel. We had a sea facing room with a balcony (only draw back were the stairs as room on the 3rd floor). Excellent room service by maid. Excellent service in terrace restaurant/bar. Salih is great and Enes is such a smiley and happy person. We can't really fault this little gem of a place, the sunshine never failed us either. A wonderful holiday. Thank you to allMore
First time in old Side
As the title above, this was our first visit to the old town of Side, 9th to 23rd September 2017. There was confusion getting to the hotel as there is apparently also a Beach Hotel to which we were taken first. However once we arrived at the right accommodation we were made most welcome by Penny who was very friendly and helped when ever there was a query. The room was as clean as any we have stayed in in Turkey. Bedding changed daily and room cleaned by a lovely smiley lady. Beds were nice and firm, the ceiling fan struggled as it was hotter and more humid than usual, and we ended up hiring the air con which cost £4 a night. The view from the balcony was great looking out on to the mediterranean, we paid extra for a sea facing room, which had a huge balcony. Right on the top floor with 6 flights of stairs but as we are both quite fit it didn't bother us. It was a bit annoying being woken by the 5.30am call to prayer which boomed across the town. We dined every night there and the waiters were all so friendly and up for a laugh. Food was very good, others who dined elsewhere at times commented the hotel's food was the best. Didn't have a single mosquito all holiday but there were some very small black flies in the morning at breakfast which had quite a sharp nip, and tucked into my leg quite merrily until I started spraying. Talking of breakfast, typical Turkish, cheese tomato cucumber eggs, bread, cereal with yoghurt and honey from the farm as tasty as any honey I have ever had. The whole experience ticked all the boxes for us. I couldn't really fault anything, oh the door to the bathroom was difficult to shut.. :-) I'm sure we will be going again very very soon.More
Could not have chosen a better hotel it is in the most perfect location, rooms differ in sizes but the room we had was perfect for our needs it was a pleasure to wake up in the morning to open the curtains to overlook the sea which was a few meters away from the hotel the views were amazing. Penny and her husband Ali are perfect hosts it was a pleasure to meet them. This may be a two star hotel but to us it should have been a three star , very clean bedlinen changed everyday all the staff are lovely. Under the hotel is a reastaurant that is part of the hotel the food is very good and resonable priced breakfast is Turkish which consists of cheese, olives melon, tomatoe, cucumber jam and bread . The town starts just on the corner of the hotel it takes minutes to get to the centre. The hotel is in a quiet location and is not far from the ruins .This hotel is a must i dont think you will be disappointed.More
