I’ve been to this hotel twice now, first visit was September 2018 and we enjoyed so much we went back in May 2019! Staff are lovely and very helpful. Rooms are very nice. If you want to relax and de-stress for a week or 2 this is the place to do it. Would return again and would recommend!

This was our second visit to the Rui Palace and we were not disappointed. From the welcome on arrival to our smooth departure everything was perfect. The accommodation is excellent and the view from our room was superb. The room was spotless and housekeeping kept it perfect all week. The restaurant cannot be faulted and as before, the food choice was extensive and of extremely high quality. The staff are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities overall leave nothing wanting. Can't wait to come again. Well done to you all.

Great hotel rooms need upgrading

Arrived 27th december till 3rd January rooms clean and staff could not be more helpful. Hogmanay party food and entertainment outstanding. Every area clean. Only downside was our room was a bit dated could do with modernisation but cleaned everyday.

It was disappointing that it was not possible to get any light meals after the buffet was closed. We had to order takeaway pizza from a near by pizza place. At a hotel of this price rate it should be possible to get something to eat 24/7

What a great way to spend Christmas, warm weather & my favourite ever Christmas Gala dinner, everything you could want, lobsters, prawns, fillet steak and turkey, I don’t think anyone could say there was nothing they really loved there, whether it was plant based or meat based! In fact all the dinners were special, but they were good on our previous March visits, so when a couple of friends asked if we would like to join them there for Christmas. Never ever having gone away at Christmas, we jumped at it and so pleased we did, everything was perfect and hopefully we will go again.
