This place has it all, from a splash park to a scuba diving school – not to mention five pools and as many restaurants.
Palms, pine trees and lawns surround this hotel, giving it an away-from-it-all feel. That said, you’re right next to Cala Mandia’s white-sand beach, and just a 5-minute drive from Porto Cristo.
There’s a choice of five pools, including one that’s adults only. There’s also a splash park, complete with a giant pirate ship. And for meals, there are five restaurants, including a Fifties-style diner.

Great Value ... Excellent Adults Only (16+) Facilities
Excellent family holiday resorts are synonymous with the Insotel brand and this was the second Insotel Hotel that we had stayed in. It is situated close to the Cala Mandia beach and it is a short taxi ride to the larger port, shops and restaurants of Porto Cristo. The hotel is expansive, it has amazing facilities for families and children of all ages, and it has captured the essential addition of an Adults Only (16+) holiday proposition. In the height of the season this hotel will have 2000 guests, including 800 children of all ages. So it is a busy hotel and it won't appeal to everyone. We stayed here in September, 2 Adults on an All Inclusive package for 14 nights. We chose this hotel because it offered the Adults Only accommodation, and adults only restaurant, and adults bar (with entertainment) all combined with a superb and newly styled swimming pool, sunbeds, bali beds and a range of excellent facilities. The hotel also has a prestige spa for those wanting some pampering, along with an indoor pool. Ideal in inclement weather. Although we paid an additional supplement to stay in the adults suite, we had full access to all 6 restaurants, all pools, al bars and amenities. The 2 buildings which are dedicated to adults only accommodation are in the south side of the resort, each building contains 16 rooms on 4 levels, including 4 swim ups. We did have to pay 40 Euros (refundable deposit) for pool towels, we also paid 34 Euros for the safety deposit and 30 Euros for premium wi-fi. Basic wi-fi is free across the resort. Remember that on check in it is also necessary to pay the tourist ECO tax which for 2 of us, staying 14 nights amounted to £32 approx. The hotel has a good buffet restaurant with outside eating and an adults only zone. There is plenty of show cooking, plenty of food choice and great service from the team. Snacks are available all day in the pool bar as well. The hotel offers 5 other evening restaurants but these have to be booked at reception one day in advance. There is also a fifties diner which is not part of the All Inclusive package, and there is a charge of 12 Euros per person. Mind you, you do get entertainment on top. The hotel has a good entertainment team, and there are professional shows as well as kids discos, duos and plenty of dancing. The hotel itself is divided into 3 main areas. Blocks B and C have restaurants and pools and fun parks for the children as well as entertainment. The main block A is going to add supplements to the package because it is central to all the hotel facilities i.e. main restaurant, bars, entertainment and access to beach. However, the room choices are fantastic and it makes it easy for guests to select appropriate rooming needs. Main Block A also has family swim ups. The Adults Only accommodation is located in the Main Block A, away from the main activities and therefore has less noise and disruption for guests. The rooms are modern, comprising a separate lounge area, fitted wardrobes, flat screen TV, large bathroom with rain head shower and comfy beds. The South Restaurant (Adults Only) is excellent and you are served at the table. Menu choices are changed daily and all food is cooked to order. Wines are good and there are many branded drinks available at no extra charge. Our experience at this hotel was very positive and we found the staff to be friendly and willing to assist where they could. We had no issues with the quality of the food, we found the adults package suited our tastes and the total costs provided very good value overall. Happy holidaysMore
Booked a late deal with Thomson holidays. For a weeks holiday at this hotel (26 /9 - 3/10). We had a fantastic time. We asked for a room on the top floor and our request was meet, we had a very nice suite with nice views overlooking adult pool and down to the sea. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, also a nice bathroom with a walk in rain shower which had good water preasure. 2 t.vs one in sitting area and 1 in bedroom a good selection of English chanels. We stayed in block 1 in the adult area. We enjoyed the all inclusive package, great range of sprits and nice cocktails. Food also good lots of choice they cater for all tastes. Angela and George in the south bar work very hard both very friendly and with great sence of humour and they make great cocktails. Nice cove with a clean sandy beach lovely for a early morning swim.More

Busy family hotel
We had a 4 night short break here last week. The sun shone brightly every day, which was the main reason for going. The transfer was approx an hour from the airport , which wasn't too bad. The resort was much bigger than I had anticipated and there were lots of children which I hadn't expected considering it was October. The hotel has plenty of children's play area's and pools to suit the whole family. The food in the main buffet was much better than the food in the 50's diner although the staff were lovely in there....actually the staff were lovely right the way through the whole resort. There are a couple of 'tat', sorry souvenir shops just around the corner and a SPAR and a small convenience store directly outside for your bottled water as the hotel doesn't provide them There is a beauty spa on site but didn't use it so unable to give an opinion on it. The hotel is lovely and clean, as were all the pool, bar and play area's. I would come back again. The beach area is more of a small coveMore
