    We arrived at Globales " by default " The Palia Maria Eugenie Hotel cancelled our booking less than 36 hours before we were due to fly. " apparently after taking our full payment previously they over-booked" Check In very good we were greeted by a male receptionist (guy with pony tail) who went through everything with us, advised us to leave our luggage in lock- up in reception and go for lunch in the AI resteraunt, he even connected our devices to the hotel wifi superb service. Our room was small but very modern/Hi-Tech spotless with great sea view tiny balcony. The AI foid and service was of a very high standard, my only gripe over zealous waiters in one of the restaurants hovering and taking plates, empty glassess off the table whilst we were still eating not great and quite stressful when you are " supposed to be relaxing on holiday" We used the right hand side restaurant female waitress lovely more relaxed. Goid location , very picturesque quaint town with plenty of shoos, bars, eateries, lovely beach within a few minutes walk from Globales. When we checked out to travel to Sa Coma our transport was full hence another 2 hour wait, we went back into Glibales to use the snack bar the Chef noted no AI wrist banda and alerted staff , the receptionist instantly resolved the issue via giving us new AI bands most impressed , I cant really fault Globales its a modern hotel with excellent facilities run by polite professiinal helpful staff

    This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and will definitely be going back. All the rooms are clean with a beautiful sea view. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help you especially the Manager, Mari and Jose, one of the receptionists. One of the barmen, Chouaib, remembered me from my previous time there too, which was 4 years previous! He is so lovely, friendly and funny also. There is a bus stop right outside the door which makes it really easy to get to different places. There is also a cash machine too. I found that there was plenty of food and drink to choose from at all times of the day. The area, in general, is quite small but there a quite a few shops and bars in the area to keep you busy though. All in all this was a very nice and relaxing holiday!

    Really nice hotel with very good food and a wide choice different every day, also a good snack bar for inbeween meal times, staff very nice and friendly and helpful, fantastic location near the beach and lots of shops and bars near by.

    We were due 10 days in Lanzarote but flights were with Thomas Cook. Never considered Majorca before but when I read the description it sounded wonderful and it did not disappoint. In fact thought we had the wrong place - looked far too good for us! All staff from reception through to cleaning were friendly, polite and very helpful. Loved that you could pop your sign out if you did not want cleaning or wanted it later in the morning. Food was delicious.. Wonderful view from the balcony of our room in the annex. Already planning a return visit. Will be looking out for the Globales name if visiting other resorts too.

    I cannot fault this holiday at all . The hotel staff were great and nothing was any trouble.The food was out of this world with so many choices and available all day .The entertainment catered for adults and children everyday.The rooms were very clean and spacious and cleaned every day.
