    This place wins points for its location. It’s right on Alcudia Bay, a sandy beach you can access directly from the pool area. It's just a 15-minute walk from the centre of Playa de Muro, too.

    The hotel has a huge, winding pool at its centre. And for children, there's an animal-themed splash park. When it comes to dining, there’s a choice of places, including buffet restaurant that hosts theme nights.

    This hotel is just perfect for a poolside or beach holiday, food was lovely and everything was fresh , the kids had loads to do and the animation team were magnificent with the teens. overall would highly recommend.

    This was our first return to this hotel since before it became solely all inclusive and having never travelled all-in before we wondered what to expect. We need not have worried. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and light and airy The staff, from Reception through to menials, are polite and friendly. There is a large spacious dining room that never seemed to be over-full with no shortage of good food. My only gripe was no hot plates for hot food !! The bar is part of the general entertainment area and the friendly staff coped well. But I wish they would sell crisps etc - I'm sure they would go well. Outside, the pools are not very large but one is a kiddies poo[ with unusual "adventure" features and anyway, the hotel sits attached to miles of shallow water pure sand beaches. The immediate area is not a really bustling tourist trap but we walked back from Alcudia Port with a five-year-old so not really a problem

    I came here with my boyfriend in October for a week. Upon arrival at around 11:30pm, the receptionist was friendly and gave us the information we needed. Be aware that we were charged around €50 for tax? We weren’t aware of this before we arrived. Food here is nice, however a lot of things are repeated each day. Resteraunt and bar staff are the most friendly, receptionist staff weren’t as friendly or helpful. The only downside about the drinks is that all of the spirits are extremely watered down, so the bar staff poured me half a glass of “vodka” and coke and I could hardly taste any alcohol. The room was clean and tidy however the sheets and towels were not changed during the stay. My main issue was that the sun beds by the pool are all reserved by around 9am even in October, so I’d dread to think what it’s like in high season... There should be better rules enforced by staff regarding this issue. The entertainment was quite disappointing because it only went on for an hour at most and then everything is over by around 10pm and there’s not much else to do so we went back up to the room for the evening. All in all it was A good note but I would probably expect more for the price we paid.

    We stayed in Hotel Condesa in august for a week. Before arrival we had some doubts as some comments where negative but I can assure you there is no reason to hesitate. The room was large enouth for three ( 2 adults and 1 6y child), the food was really good. Every night there was an entertainment program and kids disco, the stuff was friendly. Its really good hotel, super location. Our room was on the 3d floor with see views. We ara very happy that we chose this hotel and we will definitely come back next year. One more thing - in the hotel room there was a suprise present for us, but unfourtently we only traveled with hand luggage and we couldn't take it back home. Thank you and see you next summer!

    100% coming back, great place, nice staff, perfect weather... champagne on arrival, hotel clean, they have cinema, pool tables, 2 swimming pools, 2 kids pools, activities, entertainment every night, bingo, kids disco, 2 bars, 2 restaurants,1 happy burger open 11-6, lots drink from beer, cocktails, tea n slush puppy's, unlimited ice cream... coming back next year
