    This luxury hotel offers 5-star food and a setting right on the beach. There’s a big lagoon pool, too.

    At night there’s dancing and live entertainment, like flamenco shows, at the lounge bar. It has an outdoor terrace. As well as cocktails, there’s a great choice of local wines.

    The pool is a large, lagoon number. As for dining, the main buffet restaurant is a grand place, with Cava breakfasts and gourmet cuisine at night. You’ll find a more casual bistro near the pool.

    The hotel itself is fine but I see excessively expensive drinks too the minibar, breakfast too simple..and the service in the bar is sometimes slow...we dont think in back again because the price is to much

    This was our tenth visit as it is such a superb hotel. This time we booked 3 weeks but 9 days in, my wife fell and broke her hip. The hotel staff were magnificent, calling doctor, ambulance and providing a wheelchair. During her 8 days in hospital, she had a successful hip operation and returned to the hotel 4 days before we flew home. The hotel provided picnics for her daily (the hospital food was poor), hired a walker when she was discharged and met her that day with a bouquet! Their standard of care was exemplary and the staff could not have been more caring. Everything else about the hotel was as excellent at it always is. Nothing is too much trouble - if a problem arises, it is dealt with almost immediately. And the food is first class, the beds comfortable, and cleanliness is perfect. The 5 star rating is well deserved.

    This Hotel is situated on the sea front in Alcudia. It is probably the best holiday hotel that I have stayed in. My wife and I can thoroughly recommend it. The rooms are large and well furnished with very comfortable beds. The main restaurant food is outstanding and based on self service. Normally on holiday we would look for restaurants outside of the hotel, but the hotel food is so good that we had Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel every day. The other main feature is that all of the the Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. From the General Manager downwards we had incredible service with a smile. Although they have a kids club with activities, we observed that the average age of guests was high with many Senior citizens (Including us).

    5 stars do not say enough !! This hotel is the very best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment you enter the hotel you are made to feel completely at ease and That they are genuinely pleased to see you. We have stayed at this hotel 3 time’s now and are looking forward to the next time. Food exceptional, good selection of beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic. In our opinion this hotel cannot be faulted.

    Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot, but the highlight are the lovely team that work there. They are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. The food is of a high standard and the rooms are of a high standard as you would expect.
