    Well, what to say. This hotel is an interesting one and unlike any other place I have ever stayed in. At one point I believe this was the largest hotel village resort in Europe - it really is huge. It's almost like a small town. There are many apartment complexes dotted over the sprawling site and a central pool and bar area near the largest complex Leda, which is where we stayed. We did stay all inclusive and considering the low cost of the trip, this was ok. The food in the main restaurant was satisfactory generally and at times good. It can get repetitive in a place like this, and that was the case but mostly the staff did a good job of varying the menu. The staff in the main are good, friendly and helpful. The main problem I felt with this place is it's sheer size. It is huge and early on in the holiday we did a quick tour of the place and it feels a bit soulless. It has an almost institutional feel to it, lots of buildings (some of which had building work going on) that look very similar. Another problem is, and I don't know how best to put this, the clientele. This hotel is popular with my fellow Brits who like a drink and aren't ashamed to let it all hang out. I saw some appalling behaviour on this trip and I have to be honest here, I felt ashamed to be British at times. Alcudia itself is OK, though tacky in places.Alcudia old town however is beautiful,fantastic restaurants and real history.Definitely worth a visit (we went back several nights for some great meals out)

    Me and my boyfriend came here for a week in September and were sceptical due to previous reviews. Despite the reviews we had a wonderful time, the room was modern, spacious, with great cooking facilities and modern decor as well as cleaned on a regular. The pools were big and there was always space for us to get a sun bed even in the midst of summer. Entertainment was fab with a great variety and dance to get everyone involved, we also found an amazing Irish bar near by which had live music every night! My only complaint would be the maids didn’t seem to know how to knock before entering and there wasn’t a sign on the door to tell them not to come in which became a bit of an issue for two 19 year olds on their first holiday together (oops), despite this the holiday was fab just always be aware a maid may walk in at any time!

    Where do i start. This was like a holiday village in itself. The shops and beach were only a short walk away.The apartments were fine and also the food. The big big downside for us, was the walk to the all inclusive facilities. There are lots of individual hotel blocks with a nearby pool and poolbar. The poolbar supplies drinks for the all inclusive. The food block is a good 10/15 minutes walk depending on which hotel block you are in. We were in one of the farthest away. The poolbar shuts for a couple of hours before the evening meal starts. We had to walk with little ones in the hot sun to get a drink. There is a little shop close to each of the blocks, but the idea of all inclusive (especially with kids) is that the food and drinks are all included. Although the room and food was ok, we will not be returning.

    Never again , My sister booked this never have a felt robbed and cheated before, I know i would never go back ! food was uneatable , service was not great. The rooms were flea infested and i felt disgusting i couldn't wait to get home !!!

    I will keep it short and simple from a family of 2 adults and 1 infant on early October: Pros: - Nice beach (soft sand) and the Mediterranean water is nice and warm even in October. 10-15 min walk though the shops to beach depending which hotel block they give you - Weather around 20-25c - Loads of shops near by for Cigars, Drinks and daily stuff - Some of the food was okay like the fried fish. Tasted fresh - Beautiful scenery - Hotel provided a cot for the baby - Number of pools and snack stands around - Nice entertainment at night (they had Lion King theatre play) quite good - Working lifts to upper floors of hotel Cons: - Outdated rooms - Mosquitoes everywhere during the afternoon and evening due to a reservoir next to the hotels. ADVICE: Please take some kind of mosquito repellent spray and antiseptic cream for bites. also if you are taking a infant please take a mosquito net for the pram. - Food was quite repetitive - Few Vegetarian option - You have to pay deposit for TV overall lovely short holiday with the baby if you get at a good price deal then even better. try not to focus on the room too much its
