Set in quiet gardens just minutes from the beach, these spacious whitewashed bungalows are perfect for an away-from-it-all escape.
The bungalows are in a sleepy part of Playa de los Pocillos, five minutes’ walk from a sandy beach. There’s a string of restaurants and bars nearby, and further down the promenade, you’ll find the buzzing nightlife of Puerto del Carmen.
Rooms are spacious and fresh, with crisp white walls and all the essentials for a family base, like microwaves, coffee-makers and toasters. They all come with little outdoor patios and a barbecue, so you’re all set for dinner outdoors.

Nice clean resort
We had room 180 that was opposite the reception and next to the quiet pool on the resort. The apartment as a whole was beautifully presented if I had a moan about anything it would be that the bedroom was too small, no room to move, the kitchenette was adequate but no cooker just a hob. The TV did not have Sky or any UK TV. We had breakfast that i wall rate as OK but boring after a few days as it was repeated daily. There were never enough staff to clear tables and fill up the empty dishes. The staff that were on duty were excellent and worked very hard to please everyone. Glad we had not done half board, there are so many places to eat around and about there really is no need. Entertainment was a new thing I think the animation man said he had been there a few weeks, so all very new to him., To be fair we stayed at the quiet pool so were not a part of the program at the main pool.Evening they had adult entertainment for one hour 9 - 10 some good some not so good. The bar area where the entertainment was at night was small with only one person serving, you had to walk in front of the entertainer to get to the bar, not good planning Supermarket nearby on site also adequate for essentials, washing machine and dryer also available.More
We just spent the first week of October here and I can't fault anything. Some of the reviews here are not accurate in my opinion. The place is recently renovated and the rooms are top class. Two storey buildings, If you'd prefer a balcony (upstairs) to a terrace (ground floor) maybe mention it when booking. Rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with so much variety, we found no issues with it. People reviewing keep saying the food is cold which is probably because they wander around for ten minutes adding more to their plate, it was perfect and I couldn't fault it! The surrounding area is residential so nice and quiet, two large pools with plenty of sun beds and they have a lifeguard all day. You can rent the tv remote for €6 deposit if you wish, you get it back (not sure why people give out about this). Safe can also be rented for €2 per day plus a €6 deposit which you get back, not a lot to pay for keeping your valuables safe. They offer renting of beach towels too which is good to save on suitcase space, I didn't realise this but would have been handy. Hairdryer in the room is handy too. We didn't have any issues with safety, lock the doors and rent a safe and there's not much more anyone can do! It's about a ten minute walk to the beach. Supermarket nearby about 5 mins away but also one in the hotel too. About a twenty minute walk to the main strip of restaurants but you don't really notice it with the nice sea view. Taxis are only about €5 anyway but we enjoyed the walk. Would recommend just getting a taxi to and from airport, transfers not really needed as you spend more time picking other people up. Taxi would only be €10-15. Finally, They've brought in laws to stop bars and restaurants harassing you on the promenade too which is great! Overall it's a lovely place to stay and I would certainly recommend it!More
Family with two babies
Just got back, this hotel is under going work the reception, food area and pool bar looks fairly new, we had six adults and two babies we had two bungalows would say that it's got fresh feel to them the beds were comfortable, the maids work seven days a week! They have a to but had to pay for the remote which thought was odd but not much English channels , they have wifi available so would use that. The hotel we loved coz it's been newly decorated, chilled and great for two little ones no problems round the pool area, the restaurant was good the manager was helpful our waiter got our order wrong so he came over &I gave us new food and money off! There is one young guy who works there would I found rude, the way he spoke to you wasn't nice! However the rest of staff were great Andreas the older guy who worked on bar of a night was the best he made our stay he would come over take our order bring them to us and just really happy to serve us! Food was buffet or a menu like chicken or steak or pizzas better than some hotels I've stayed at on the island , the food area was always clean and tidy always see staff fill the food when it was low, breakfast not to good at certain times I guess. No toilet for baby changing that I could see just disabled, wasn't ever major issue but would be nice to have one. More music needed at pool times would have been more lively. The women who done the animation sarra was really friendly and good with kids but need more shows or more to do. About ten mins walk to shops not bad walk or location small beach there too would recommend the bungalows nice place to stay More
Stayed the 2nd week of Oct, nice clean apartments and reception, cant fault our cleaner for the week who made my wife stay that little better when she made the beds (put extra cover at bottom to sleep on as bed is hard, like to put her down for employee of the month but dont know her name) the only problem we found as we stayed B & B was as breakfast was 730 to 1030 when we went at 945 most of the food was warm to cold and you had to get one of the servers to set a table up as most didn't have anything on due being cleared once someone been, should we come back again in 2 years time will stay here but self-catering More
