    Strange hotel but great food

    Not a great hotel with very poor shops. But the food was extremely good. The all inclusive drinks were pretty nasty - had to pay for anything decent. The guy snoring in the next room woke us up! The room and bathroom were pretty run down. The ultra wide characterless corridors were frankly cold and spooky

    This hotel is gorgeous. It’s got a colonial feel to it. Everyone was friendly. I am not too mobile. It has everything you could need. It covers a vast area. Right on the front. Would definitely recommend it

    Seen as I’ve spent the week at your hotel, I’d like to follow up with some comments. We never received any of the promised honeymoon package or room upgrade even though the hotel wasn’t very busy. At one evening meal my chicken was served raw. The waitress swiped my plate away after informing her without an apology or offering a replacement. While most of your staff are excellent and the hotel has many redeeming features we still left quite disappointed.

    I have visited this hotel on a number of occasions and the hotel and staff never fail to impress. Wonderful food, good drinks, great entertainment, cleanliness second to none, the staff are all very helpful and always available to assist. A special thanks to Irina who always had a welcoming smile. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

    My Daughter and I stayed here for a few days after Christmas and celebrated New Year. Well I must say the staff at Los Jameos are the best. This is total credit to one of the best General Managers in the Hotel business. Beate Reber-Sekula, Nothing is too much. You will even see her clearing tables. I remember the first time I came in 2015 and she was there to welcome us to the hotel and every time since then, we are welcomed with a hug. She makes this hotel unique. The New Year Gala was absolutely fantastic, the highlight (including the food) was when the staff came out walking through the restaurant popping balloons with sparklers it was so special. I must mention the champagne Reception, before Gala was a nice start to a fabulous evening. I just can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about booking, please don’t hesitate Los Jameos is Fantastic. I can’t imagine celebrating new year anywhere else now. The staff work at the highest standard and you will see that when you walk around the hotel from the Reception to the waiters cleaners they all greet you with a hello and smile. One thing I must mention, the Motown Entertainment last Thursday brilliant, maybe book them for next new year. Thank you for making our holiday special.
