    The Tabaiba Apartments provide a comfortable, traditional-style base, slightly outside of central Costa Teguise.

    This place is slightly off the beaten track, without being isolated. You’re just 10 minutes’ walk from a supermarket, so stocking up on essentials is easy. Plus, you’re within a 30-minute stroll of the shops, bars and eateries in Costa Teguise town centre. A five-minute taxi ride will take you to the sheltered cove of Playa del Jablillo.

    The complex itself is visually striking, washed all in white with little turrets poking out from the rooftop. Inside, studios and apartments are decked out with traditional mahogany furniture, and come with kitchenettes, which include a hob, a fridge and a microwave.

    Not sure why the negative reviews for this complex. We stayed in room 518 - a 2 bed apartment. The bedrooms were massive, good sized living and dining area, the kitchen was spacious with lots of clean plated, cutlery and cooking equipment should you need it. The beds were comfy and the balcony was a great size. The only downside I would say is that abit of music played around the pool would be nice as it's really quite. The pool isn't huge but nice size and not too busy. We visited 21st Aug for a week and never once flighted for a sunbed no matter what time we went by the pool.

    We’ve just got back from a 7 night stay in the Tabaiba Apartments. We’d seen the negative reviews before we travelled and wasn’t sure what we would be walking into. This place exceeded our expectations and more. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4 and very clean. The cleaners came every other day and did a fantastic job while we were there. Some of the furniture was a bit dated, but it didn’t affect our stay. The staff were amazing. The reception staff were on hand if you needed anything (to borrow an iron, book a taxi etc), the bar staff interacted well with both adults and children - remembering your favourite food/drinks and the lifeguard was great with the kids. There are two apartment blocks, both with a pool. The pools aren’t huge, but are big enough to cater for the amount of guests. We never had to fight for a sun lounger. The apartments are a bit of a way out from the centre of Costa Teguise, we researched before we went and hired a car as we wanted to explore the island, but it isn’t a necessity as there are free shuttle buses and a taxi ride isn’t expensive. Overall, we had a great time. If you’re looking for clean, spacious, budget friendly apartments, great staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere on a beautiful part of the island it is definitely a place to book.
    Quiet location, brilliant value, sixth visit

    Went back again last month, second visit this year to just chill out and relax. It's not the Hilton but you get what you pay for. Spacious, clean, tidy apartments, but looking forward to the promised refurbishment. Hope the character of the place doesn't get changed, just freshen the place up, replace furniture and fittings, etc. I cannot understand why so many people complain about the location - there are enough tools on the internet to find this out before booking. We like the quiet location and if we want to go into town, it's a 20 minute walk, a shuttle bus, or a cheap taxi ride away.

    Booked this hotel because the one the rest of our family booked only seemed average and the positive reviews were better than the negative reviews. I can see why people have negative reviews on here, and I can see why people have positive views. Mine unfortunately aren’t so positive. First of all after a late flight had to call and wait for reception to open up at 11.30pm to book us in and unfortunately for us the 2 bedroom nice apartment we paid and booked for, none of them were left. So we had to be separated as a family into two apartments in the rear block. Now I knew when I booked I hadn’t paid a lot but, I believe the back block of apartments is were all the negative reviews must come from because the front block look like refurbished nice apartments. These are apartments you would stay in when your on a lads or ladies holiday in Ibiza or magaluf. Apart from the above it’s just been a place to rest the head as we have walked around the corner to were the rest of the family have stayed which seems average but a lot nicer than here. I can’t really be more honest than the above. Nothing really wrong but won’t be coming back.

    Just spent 7 nights here and have already booked for 11 nights for 2020 so this says it all. Cleaning team work very hard and our apartment was spotless as were all other areas of the complex My only quibble is one of the lifeguards young man totally uninterested in watching the pool. Lady lifeguard was great and really interacted with guests. Bar team very cheerful and helpful Reception team friendly and helpful Having been a hotel manger for 24 years I know how difficult it is to try and please all guests. your team are a credit to you See you all again in 2020
