    I visited this hotel in September with my boyfriend for a 4 night stay. The hotel is very modern and clean, Unfortunately the staff including the manager are very unprofessional and non accommodating. We thought that we purchased breakfast with our stay but upon checkin the girl at front desk said it wasn’t included. We called management and he said there was nothing he could do. He said we had to call Expedia to resolve this issue. He said he would place a call to Expedia as well (which he did not) to resolve this issue. Expedia gave us a $100 voucher for future travel for this issue. We than purchased the breakfast for the 4 nights and were given wristbands. They did a very poor job at explaining what was included and what was not. Getting any sort of information from them was like pulling teeth. The rest of our stay was completely uncomfortable for us. We felt as though they thought we were trying to outsmart them in getting free breakfast (ridiculous). The manager of this hotel is very arrogant and does not make an effort to accommodate your needs. There seemed to be an excuse for almost anything we requested or even needed clarification on. We are very well travelled and just expected better service for the price and hotel. Aside from this, the hotel is very modern and has all of the amenities. Very well located and easy access to everything. We loved IBIZA. SAN António is more of an English, young crowd and IBIZA town is obviously where you want to be but very pricy. We rented a scouter and drove along the coast to all of the main beaches. We saw 5 beaches in one day (amazing). You have to rent a scouter or car to get around. It’s super cheap and worth it. We will definitely be going back to IBIZA but not this hotel. Not until they change the management.

    You get what you pay for! The rooms are nicely designed. Nice views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better. I ended up extending my stay there, and yes I would stay there again.

    Just back from a 3 night stay with 3 friends. We had a fantastic time at this hotel, so relaxing. This hotel is excellent in every way. The place was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious freshly cooked omelettes and eggs cooked to the way you request. Staff were fantastic, efficient, friendly and nothing was a problem to them. Service was also very quick. The rooms had a cool vibe, very clean and had extremely comfortable beds. The position of the hotel is excellent in a quiet spot yet not far from all the restaurants, bars etc. The pool area again was spotless, with music playing, lifeguard on duty and drinks area. Cocktails were yum ! Would definitely come back to this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to all the staff for doing such a great job. They staff seem happy in their work and guests can feel it.

    I had a lovely time at Naeco hotel, the staff are so lovely, its so close to the shops and beach. Pool is amazing there is good room service and lastly the restaurant bar stuff are so friendly and drinks amazing! I had the best time thank you so much! Will be returning 👌🏻

    There are so many good things i have to say about this hotel, from start to finish the service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly on arrival and made us feel so welcomed. The location was perfect as we wanted somewhere were we could relax but also go out and party in San Antonio/ Playa D'en Bosa. The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, the food was delicious and the facilities were definitely that of a 5 star hotel! We stayed for 4 nights and by the end of the stay i literally did not want to leave to go home, it was almost heart breaking. I also just want to send a massive credit to the staff as they made our stay so perfect, Eduard the hotel manager was so friendly an interacted with all the guests to check they were having a good stay it was so refreshing to see someone who is so passionate about their job and the service they provide. I also want to say a massive thanks to Raquel who worked at front of house she literally saved us when we were due to leave and went above and beyond her normal role in ensuring we had the smoothest of departures! I will 100% be returning to this hotel next year and i already cannot wait to go back, I am very fussy when it comes to hotels so to find one of this standard and so very reasonable in price was literally a blessing! If you book i promise you will not be disappointed!
