IG Nachosol Atlantic by Servatur

We arrived on Sunday, 22nd December, staying for 7 nights. When we arrived, the receptionist was expecting us, even calling my partner by his first name. It was as if she had taken the trouble to acknowledge our arrival. When we got to our room, we found it to be exceptionally clean. There was a little kitchenette area, which had a fridge, sink, hob and microwave. There was even cups, plates, cutlery and a kettle, if we needed to use them. We could not fault the room. The bathroom was lovely, with a walk-in shower, double sinks and a hairdryer. There was a balcony which looked out over Puerto Rico bay. Our stay included breakfast. There was a set menu on the table, but you could have a combination of the food listed. There was also a self-service area where you could help yourself to fruit, meats and cheeses; toast, teas, coffees and juices. The cooked food was brought to your table. The staff at the hotel was always very friendly and attentative. We have to give a special mention to Maria, who was always willing to help and always had a smile on her face. In fact, they were all fabulous; Luiz, Alberto, even the cleaners and the Lifeguards on duty would greet us with a good morning or 'Ola'. We explored the surrounding area. The Hotel is located up in the hills. The quickest route was walking down over 100 steps to get to ground level. Once there, you could access shops, restaurants and the beach. If you didn't fancy walking down or back up the steps to the the hotel, you could get a taxi (which were plentiful) which cost approximately 3/4 Euros. There is a lovely coastal walk between Puerto Rico and Amadores, which takes about 20-25 minutes. When you get to Amadores, there is another beach, more bars and restaurants. The shopping centre is about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. There is an old and new shopping centre, which has more bars and restaurants and you will find brand name shops and the biggest Spar you'll ever see in your life! We highly recommend this Hotel and area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. So much so, we've booked again for Christmas 2020.

We had a great time at this hotel. We had a room with a sea view and was greeted with a lovely welcome when we arrived. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made the experience very good.We had breakfast and there was a good choice for continental and cooked breakfast. The hotel is very clean and smart and they have a lovely pool and two jacuzzi's !! Our room was lovely with a balcony and there is a fridge and tv. I would definetly recommend this hotel as overall we couldn't fault it !
