Return visit very much enjoyed my holiday complex spotless staff first class food and drink enjoyable only complaint was entertainment has gone down hill since last year nothing for children I felt bad as I had brought my daughter and grandaughter with me .VERY UNFAIR to advertise mini disco then not have it out of our ten nights mini disco only on new years eve when i enquired at kids club lady asked my grandaughter to come in and play she can do that at home. outside games needed .this will not stop us from returning but do hope they sort entertaiment out you should not need to leave hotel at night for entertainent when you have paid AI.

The place itself it’s nice and extremely clean. The waiting on staff are nice and polite and do their best even if they don’t speak English. The night porter was sleeping at 4 am when I came back so had to knock the glass door few minutes in order to wake him up and he looked clearly “upset” that I woke him up...The “all inclusive deal” is really poor. The pool bar drinks are extremely poor quality and lack of any kind of taste. I do understand that they serve “local” drinks, but those drinks weren’t local at all and I can’t see any “local” drink anything like that. The meals were bland, poorly cooked and repetitive. I can’t say that the ingredients were poor quality, they just need a little bit of training in the kitchen. The breakfast bacon was literally swimming in grease and had to dry it up with serviettes every day. And no, I’m not a fussy eater...they do have a Spar supermarket on the premises, so I ended up buying food from there (I spent over 150 euros in a week in there for snacks and drinks - not alcoholic ones) Even if I asked for a “quiet” room, I was “lucky” enough to get one by the outside stage, where they had entertainment for kids, but hardly and kids around to enjoy. To be fair, I didn’t see any adults entertainment, but apparently they had it every night. I’m wondering where. They do offer a free service to Maspalomas beach, but it only goes 3 times a day and the last return is 16:30, so had to take a taxi. Luckily the taxis are cheap (under 5 euros) and the taxi drivers always polite and helpful. They do charge a lot for the room safe, 20 euros or so, which is ridiculous, as long as this is a room static amenity...same for WiFi, but thie didn’t reach up to my bungalow so I’ve just used my data. To summarise, it was a decent stay, but next time I’ll spend an extra pound and stay somewhere better and closer to the town and beach. Actually, I won’t spend anything extra as I’ll save on taxi (150 euros in a week) and the Spar Supermarket bill (another 150 euros)...

We just arrived home from a 2 week stay at the Turbo Club Apartments and just want to share our experience. The entire resort is extremely well maintained and the apartments are new and clean. There were plenty of sun beds so there was no need to for people to occupy them by a towel in the early morning. There is one bigger pool were the bar is located and were there is music, and one smaller pool where is very quite (perfect if you have a baby ). We read a lot of negative reviews which most of them were about the food. To be honest we cannot understand why. The quality of the ingredients were over all high and during the 2 weeks we were there there was a great variety.There is plenty of healthy food and maybe some less "junk food". For a vegetarian there is plenty of choice too! We haven no complaints at all and the staff was very nice and the service was good!
