    This place opened its doors for the first time in 2018. The interiors are sleek and stylish, and there's a panoramic rooftop terrace for chill-out time.

    Location-wise, there's tonnes going on around you. The sands of Las Canteras Beach are less than 10 minutes' walk away, and El Muelle shopping mall is just across the street.

    We stayed over Christmas for 6 nights. What we liked was the helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast, cleanliness, roof terrace, and location. Our room was very modern, as was the rest of the hotel, but we asked to be moved to another room after one night. Very often design looks great, but is not practicle for some people. We could see each other having a shower, and even sitting on the toilet due to clear glass panels and positioning of a mirror .We had one small drawer each, and the hanging space which had “fixed” hangers was quite high up. We found it awkward to get our clothes on and off the hangers.Clothes were visible all the time, as there were no doors or curtains to hide them. We discovered that ordinary hangers were available, and were supplied. The shower door opened outwards, and was flush to the floor, so if you put the bathmat down, it was pushed out of the way when you opened the door. I also found that at 7am the shower water did not get hot for several minutes. There was no soap dish or rails in the shower either, just a soap dispenser on the wall. Our view from the window was of a large ? Water tank. I should add, that after discussing the room with one of the management, we were shown several other rooms that we could move to, and this was done in a friendly and professional manner. Not all the rooms are the same in respect of the shower area and privacy, and some had much nicer views, so it is important when booking to state your preferences. Knowing what we know now, we would stay here again, but I would be aware of certain aspects of the hotel.

    Great hotel with super service and very friendly staff. We were traveling with a 1 year old boy and the staff made the stay really enjoyable taking the time for him. Great breakfast with a lot of choices and a great rooftop bar and pool!

    Really good hotel. Friendly staff and very good localization. Fantastic breakfast with hot dishes: Benedictine eggs, crepes, etc... Only two small things: the swimming pool is really a hot tub. I asked for a corkscrew for a wine bottle and they don't have... each waiter their own corkscrew... I had to go outside to look for one.

    Good in general but some dirty walls and small room. No park for taxis or any car, at night could be dangerous because of some people near casino. Good breakfast, with variety. Good service at the reception.

    We stayed here for 6 nights and I cannot really fault the hotel. They arranged our pick up and return to the airport which was perfect and reasonably priced. The car was comfortable and our driver was lovely. The room was clean and although not spacious it was certainly not cramped. As a Brit it was nice to have 5 English speaking channels on the TV. The walk-in shower was great and towels changed when we left them on the floor. Hung up and we use them another day. The tea and coffee was replenished daily and we used the fridge for our water and fresh milk. The breakfast was adequate and there was plenty of choice. It was replenished quickly and staff were helpful and friendly. Towels are available at reception for the roof pool which is small but great for a dip on a hot day. The hotel is centrally located and close to the Aquarium, shops, bars, restaurants bus station and beach. The roof restaurant has a small menu but we enjoyed a couple of meals there for convenience and again we found the staff friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and say all the staff here were very friendly and helpful.
