Riu Palace Jandia

First of all apologies for the late review ! We have stayed at this hotel many times before and this visit made as feel very special as have all our visits . We stayed from 3rd October for 10 nights . From the time you arrive at the hotel , the staff welcome you with a big smile , happy and hard working. From all of the departments of staff and I mean All , are friendly and helpful. From the porter, reception , cleaners , restaurant staff , bar staff and line manager . Our room was fantastic, absolutely loved it , comfortable and clean. Meals are outstanding. Food for all tastes . The line manager was walking around every day speaking to all the quests ensuring everyone was having a lovely holiday/stay . We always feel part of the family when we stay . Many thanks also for making our anniversary very special as always as we try and stay every year to celebrate there . The hotel has a beautiful dining room with 2 seating times . This allows you to have the same table / staff every night . They have music by the pool each evening . The pool is very clean with cushioned sunbeds . Rooms are very spacious, plenty of storage room and very comfortable. Wifi is also available free of charge around the whole hotel. Location is perfect . On the beachfront where there is a beach to die for . White sand and clear blue water where you will see the fish swimming around . Stunning ! Enter out the back of hotel , turn right and walk along the beach path to the little spanish village of restaurants and bars .turn left out of hotel , you will find shops, bars etc . This is our favourite hotel /location to stay and that's why we try to spend our anniversarys there. Thank you to ALL the staff at this hotel for always ensuring we have a fantastic holiday . Thank you everybody for this beautiful vacation that we have in your wonderful hotel! The staff is so nice & helpful and the food was the absolute best! We will definitely return! Jandia is a very beautiful place, too! See you next year!!

Just spent ten days at this amazing hotel, to me the staff all the staff are just amazing and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Food was great, our room was clean and had a great view. Getting to the beach involved a lift and stairs, but what a beach, a short walk into town, a slow stroll 15 minutes. Again I cannot stress enough how good the staff are in this hotel.
