    Relaxing, Chilling, Peaceful and Wonderful Stay

    Just got back to the UK today after spending seven nights at the Riu Palace Tres Islas. Had one of the most relaxing and wonderful breaks. The hotel is lovely, management and staff were all amazing, in particular Ulises Hernandez Martin, Rafael and Jessica, all very attentive and caring. Food is was delicious, something for everyone to enjoy. My word the beach goes on for miles each way and what a beautiful, pristine, clean beach, soft sand goes on for ever, right on the doorstep of the hotel. The hotel is clean and rooms are made everyday. We had a lovely experience at this hotel.

    We have been to this hotel 5 times, and look forward to staying here many more times. Lovely top floor room with amazing views. Very clean, and serviced every day. The Reception staff are so helpful and very accommodating. The restaurant staff are very attentive. The food is outstanding in quality, variety and amount. The only "negative" comment is about sunbed "blocking" by other guests. Other guests now are almost forced to "play the game" of getting up early to get sunbeds in one's desired location. Having said that, we love this hotel, and highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a superior hotel, with amazing views and staff. Well done at all Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas!!

    Here right now for a week. The usual fabulous staff and lovely food. I only gave 4 stars because of the same old problem. If you are a smoker, then you are in for a treat. No outside seating is off limits, that includes the snack bar, terrace, and tables overlooking the sea, plus all round the pool. In fact if you are non-smokers, which we are, you have to find somewhere to sit where you aren’t constantly enveloped in someone’s disgusting habit. I was under the impression that smoking where food is served is illegal in Spain, including the Canaries. Maybe the hotel doesn’t want to lose it’s mainly elderly German clientele, who are in the majority here. At least have an outside eating area where smoking is banned. The gentleman smoking his fat cigar wasn’t bothered that people were eating close by. I imagine we will come back again, as we love the hotel itself, but this problem needs to be addressed.

    We opted for the Tres Islas after losing our Thomas Cook booking for the Barcello Corralejo Bay at the last minute. We are so happy we did as the hotel proved itself to be the best there is. From arrival to departure, I really can't find any fault. From the warm reception to the fabulous service throughout our stay, the same excellent high standard is maintained at every level. We have already booked for next year.
