    Beautiful hotel located next to Dom Pedro Victoria Golf Course. We demanded a lot of attention from the reception, because our golf bags were not brought along with the flight: no problem for the staff. The staff during breakfast was very attentive. The valet parking was comfortable considering our large bus.

    I was very dissapointed about this hotel. It was honestly the worst 5 star experience ive ever had. The checkin was very slow, no welcome drink was offered. It looked like the staff were unexperienced students who dont know how to look after the clients.The hallways are so outdated with carpeted floors, it doesnt look well -maintained. Our room had dirty traces on the floor. It was spacious but didn't look very clean. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety and really tasty and fresh product as it should be in a 5 star hotel. But the furniture was is bad condition, stains on the pillows, seats were dirty. I wont go back here, its not worth the money, only went to one other Anantara hotel in Oman (Jebel Akhdar) which was 100 times better!

    My wife and I spent here a week round new year's eve. everything was really efficient and given the time in the year (low season here) of the highest available level in the area . we come to algarve for years now, and winter services are not at their top if not closed . Excellent gym and superb fisio center with experienced therapist.
    late break to view properties

    I took a late break to the Algarve to have a look around at properties and hadn't stayed in Vilamoura before. It is an excellent hotel but it is up on the golf course, and although there is a shuttle it is a bit out of the way, consider the sister hotel in the marina if you want more shopping or nightlife. On the up side, there's plenty of loungers by the pool, whereas the Tivoli pool and beach were a lot busier. Don't forget to check out the spa, it's amazing. Food very good, lovely breakfasts with good variety. Room was a little disappointing, the bathroom floor needed a good scrub and the electric point was damaged meaning I couldn't use the hairdryer. Beds really comfortable.

    If you ever have the pleasure of going, ask for MARCO who is one of the members of staff. Absolutely outstanding customer service! However the service from EVERYONE was second to none. From beginning to end, I arrived on my birthday and they sent champagne and a cake to my room. They constantly made sure I was okay. Everyone was sooo friendly. I’ve travelled to many 5 star hotels but the service was so good. I didn’t even want to leave the hotel to see the city. The customer service was the one of the best things about this hotel. The second was the hotel itself! So clean! Well maintained. The layout of the rooms (if you don’t believe me have a look at my pictures). The decor, attention to detail, the spa, gym and pools. I will definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends!! Thank you so much for my stay, I didn’t want to leave! You made my birthday absolutely amazing!!
