The Hotel Splendid has a four-strong line-up of pools, split between the outdoor terrace and the spa. There are three restaurants and four bars to pick from, including a snack bar on the hotel's private beach. Tennis tops the activity list, and there's a hotel-run kids' club set in the gardens. The huge spa offers luxury treatments, and there's a gym where you can work out.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
Ball games are a recurring theme on the sports front. Strike up a rally on the tennis court*, head to the beach for volleyball, or try your hand at petanque in the gardens.
The hotel-run kids' club lines up activities like giant chess and karaoke.

The lobby bar feels like a throwback to the roaring twenties, and shows off a rainfall-effect chandelier, gold-patterned floors and vintage leather furniture.
