    The 22 Hill Hotel is a ten-minute walk to Reykjavik’s main shopping street, which is lined with restaurants, themed bars and quirky boutiques – including a Christmas shop that’s open all-year-round.

    The hotel is fresh and modern throughout. What's more, the bedrooms have recently been updated with new furniture, linen and flatscreen TVs. And, if you’re staying on a higher floor, some of the rooms have views of the sea and some let you see the distant snow-capped mountains.

    hotel wonderful food in the resturant wonderful Iceland well !!!!!!!!!!! need to back the town and people very freindly did not see the northern lights but everything esle just need tea /coffee in my room English !! thank you in making my stay wonderful

    If a hotel could be described as a colour this would be grey. Nothing really wrong with it. It’s a basic tourist class hotel a little out of the central area. But it’s featureless. Nothing great, but nothing so awful either.

    the hotel is not that good... the room is very small...the room which i got was in very bad condition also...i did not like this hotel very much... i had booked this place coz i wanted the cheapest one..
    Descent stay near the city centre

    I stayed here with my wife for a day. Its is close to the Reykjavik city centre and all the main attractions. There are also good restaurants around in walkable distance. Staff was also friendly and we had an easy check in. Breakfast provided was also descent enough. Only remark is that the hotel is located around a shabby area compared to other streets around but it was never a problem.

    We spent 4 nights there in early May. Nice clean hotel, great staff. The attached restaurant was good, tasty breakfast. The neighborhood was a little on the shabby side but felt safe there at all times.
