The Oasis Apartments are close to the beach and nightlife, plus they host some of Malia’s best pool parties.
This hotel sits right at the top of the strip, so classics like Candy Club and Apollo are less than a 10-minute walk away. The beach is even closer, and watersports and sunbathing spots are easy to come by.
Rooms are simple, and tartan bedspreads and wooden furniture create a homely feel. As for the rest of the property, you’ve got a pool that hosts all-out parties, plus the whole place is a Wi-Fi* hotspot.

3rd time here.
I’ve spent the majority of my later teens in Malia. I loved it. Unfortunately upon my return this year it’s so sad and disheartening to see the change. Very quite and whereas this hotel is normally busy and had nightlife almost every night they no longer do, not because of them but due to the lack of custom all over the resort. Hotel is what you pay for, it does the job and the beds are clean. Pool area is good. The only reason I rate 4 stars is even though the staff are friendly and even go as far as remember a returning customer, they made us move room half way through our week, basically because they needed a bigger room for arriving guests.. no warning.. we just got up one morning, went to the pool for breakfast and ended up getting told we had to be packed in 1 hour. Unfortunately I won’t be returning in the future, which is sad for me seeming as it’s somewhere I’ve always come back to. I hope Malia returns to its glory. More
There was 4 of us for our 18-30 holiday and we had the best time. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was quiet but close to shops and the strip. The reps, Grace and Anton were super friendly and helpful and they made our time there so much better. Would definitely recommend staying here it is ideal! More
I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and haven't been disappointed on either occasion. The hotel is in Malia old town which is only 5 minutes up the road from the top of the main strip. The old town is a lot calmer and quieter than the strip, but there are still shops and nice restaurants close by. I would highly recommend going to the San Giorgio restaurant which is located 2 minutes away from the hotel. The food is top notch (authentic Greek style). Whilst it's a bit more expensive than the food places on the strip (most of which are good value to be fair), it's definitely worth paying a bit extra for. The rooms are basic, which is no more than you'd expect from an 18-30 hotel. The only issue we had was that on the second visit there was no holder for the shower head. So we had to hold it up ourselves. Also you're only provided with 1 towel every 2 or 3 days. The pool area is great. We were belting out tunes poolside which the hotel staff seemed fine about. If given the choice you might want to stay in one of the annexes rather than the hotel main building, as it's cheaper in cost but you still have access to the same facilities. DON'T buy wristbands from the reps! These are a con, and you can buy whatever excursions you want to go to for cheaper at the centres on the strip. Also, ALL clubs are free entry; unless there's an event on i.e a top name DJ performing, in which case it's 10-15 euro entry at the door. You might want to sort out any extras before your arrival. Things like air conditioning and the safe; it can turn into a bit of a faff when requesting these on arrival. It's 50 euro for the air con, and 30 euro for the safe. The staff will take your passport on arrival too, which you get back at the end of your stay. Whilst I wouldn't recommend the hotel to families, or someone going with a partner; as far as 18-30 holidays go, it's great value. Best around! I'd definitely go back.More
the best vacation i had
i was in oasis for 8 days and i enjoyed from every moment.the hotel location is the best near to restaurants/ bar and clubs/ the swimming pool amazing and the hotel owner very cute and helped us for all. i recommend and im definitely will returnMore
Really enjoyed it!
First of all some of the pictures on these reviews aren't of this hotel, arrived on the 18th at night and got greeted by a fantastic rep called Demi. She was so warm and normal, we paid for a wristband straightaway which I was abit hesitant on because it was €270 but it was so worth it! We took part in an event every single day, beach party, boat party, paint party, full moon, Malia live, & more. All included transport and often food and a free drink. The receptionist was lovely (don't know why people said she wasn't) the rooms were very basic, beds, wardrobe, desk, sink and fridge and small bathroom but if you're going to have a good time in Malia then you won't be spending much time in there any way. The rest of the hotel is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous and the restaurant area food is to die for. €3 for a full English breakfast and it's sooo nice! The staff are so lovely. It's located in the perfect location, you are literally on the strip. We were right on the front of the hotel, if you have the balcony door closed it isn't that loud so you can still sleep, so many bars/clubs staff to cater for everybody. You do get pulled into lot of clubs by promoters which can be annoying but they are all lovely, would 100% go back there. More
