These family-run apartments are highly rated for their top location, big pool and delicious home-cooking.
This family-run place may have an idyllic rural setting – there’s a farm right next door – but it’s only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Sidari, with its tavernas, shops and sandy beach.
There’s a good-sized pool with a bar, and a restaurant where the ‘mama’ of the family rustles up authentic Greek cuisine, as well as a few international favourites. The regular Greek dancing nights always go down a treat, too.

Family run apartments
We stayed in Sunny Apartments July into August 2017, they were in a nice setting a little walk from the Main Street but it was peaceful and quiet. Only downside was the bins you had to pass but they weren't just beside Sunny, they don't seem to empty their bins like us in Belfast. On our veranda the view was really nice, it looked onto a farm with goats outside. The owner George and his sister worked round the clock their mum cooked all the food and what portions you got, enough to feed two always! The housekeepers came in daily (except Sunday) to clean the room and they were so friendly as well. The heat must've been awful for them to work in but they always had a smile. I would go back to Sunny Apartments, it was small, friendly and clean, ideal for us as a couple.More

Nice family run hotel, just Shame they charge so much for the extras e.g. Air con and safe, most hotels this is included. George the guy that's runs it is very nice and any issues he sorts out with no problem. One idea for in future would be to add more sun beds and umbrellas, plus cushions for the beds as they are very dated and high season it can be hard to get a sunbed unless your out by 8am. More
Great stay at the sunny corfu
These apps/studios are a credit to Thomson holidays,we have just spent a week in studio 207.the studio was very big with a kitchenette.it has all the utensils required for 2 people, and includes a microwave/grill,,2ringed cooker, kettle and toaster.plenty of cupboards and drawers for food etc,.the studio has 2single beds with comfortable mattresses,a settee ,which I believe can be made into a sofa bed, dining table with 2 chairs,a balcony, overlooking the fields.the bathroom is of a decent size, and includes a shower cubicle,,the water is always hot,the studio was kept very clean on a daily basis, with the towels and linen changed every other day,the room has a large double wardrobe, with lit up mirror area, and a digital safe inside the wardrobe.there is also bedside drawers ,and plenty of room lighting, and electric plugs.there is also a flat screen tv,but only 1 English Channel,,their is a well stocked bar ,and food available throughout the day,the breakfasts we had where very good and certainly value for price,as where the snacks.the bar area is big,and has it,s big screen t v,s,also pool table and a couple of game machines, there is also outside patio seating area leading onto the pool, which is of a good size with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, the pool has the sun all day.,,,all the areas of sunny corfu are very clean and tidy,,the sunny corfu, is only a short distance to the bars and restaurants down the what they call the strip, about 10minutes walk,,,George and all the staff are very friendly and helpful people, and make the sunny corfu, very wellcoming to all it,s customers.,,,thank you for making our stay so enjoyableMore
This was out first trip to Sidari and certainly won't be our last, would highly recommend this hotel we found it to be in a great location close enough to the restaurants and bars but far enough away as not to be disturbed by noise. Some lovely restaurants close by. We had a two bedroom apartment and a studio apartment both large and spacious clean and well kept. 5min walk to the beach and 10 mins to the Main stri. George was extremely helpful couldn't do enough for you from putting sports on to making random cocktails not on the menu. Can't wait to return.More
Pleasant stay at Sunny Corfu Apartments
We enjoyed our stay here - the pool is a good size and there is a large patio and bar area with comfortable seating. The bedrooms were a decent size with comfortable mattresses and nice balconies, and the bathroom was adequate. The kitchen area was not really suitable for proper self-catering as there was not much in the way of crockery, cookware and utensils, but as ate out for almost all of our meals that was fine. We did feel the apartments could have been a little cleaner - under the beds was very dusty and both the bathroom and kitchen could have done with a really good clean, particularly the sinks. Air conditioning was available but at an extra cost of 140 Euros for two weeks, so we managed without. Fortunately we were on the east side of the apartments so only got the sun in the morning - I imagine those in the west-facing rooms would have to pay the extra. We were surprised that Wifi was charged for, particularly as every other bar and restaurant we went to in Sidari offered it for free. I'm sure if it were free, more guests would be tempted to stay for evening meals or drink in the bar at night. We ate breakfast and a couple of lunches here - the food was OK and the prices reasonable, as were the prices at the bar, which had a good selection of drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments are just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, but in a fairly quiet location just outside the town, so ideally placed. They are on the main road from Sidari so traffic noise was noticeable at night if the apartment windows were open.More
